Well... I actually meant new comics coming out as opposed to, y'know... old stuff, but hey, that's cool too. :)

I'm almost totally caught up to Marvel, I'm like right at Secret Invasion stuff, and when I am current I will be reading the following:

Amazing Spider-Man
Hulk
Incredible Iron Man
New Avengers
Mighty Avengers
Runaways
and then a crap load of X-Men related mags

Astonishing X-Men
Cable
Deadpool
Uncanny X-Men
Wolverine
Wolverine Origins
X-Factor
X-Force
X-Men: Legacy

Not sure on the 1st class stuff. If it's any good then possibly.

As far as new books I only picked up Moon Knight #27 and I filled in some gaps of Captain America with #37 and #38. When I buy comics I usually end up picking up more older books than new and this week was no different:

Moon Knight High Strangers 1 of 4
Marc Spector Moon Knight #'s 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 47 and 50

Going again tomorrow for some more stuff (and to see if they got in new figures). Looking to catch up with Booster Gold, Daredevil, Captain America and I've been considering Dark Avengers (even though I really don't care for Bendis' writing). Plus after seeing the Old Man Logan thread I might snag all of the ones released so far.

Yeah, it's hard to avoid the feature title of Marvel's new cross-over saga extravaganza.

I suggest New Avengers #49, Dark Reign #1, and Dark Reign #2. New Avengers #50 will be a showdown between the New Avengers (Wolverine, Spidey, etc.) vs. Dark Avengers (Bullseye, Venom, Iron Patriot, etc.) It's going to be fucking amazing.

Plus, in New Avengers #49, you get to see Luke Cage put the smack down on Venom.

Btw, I seriously want to get into Moon Knight. Can somebody give me a heads up as to when they start a new Arc and when it'd be possible for me to jump into that series?

Like... New Ways to Die was a good jump-in for Spidey, and Lady Bullseye was a good spot for Daredevil.

Issue 26 was the start of a new arc, so if your comic shop has 26 and 27 still (27 came out last week) you'll be good to go. The trade going through issue 25 comes out on May 20th. So, you can get completely caught up by then. Unlike Spider-Man, there's not that many back issues to get through.

You should track down Iron Fist too.

I'm vaguely interested in Iron Fist, but more so Moon Knight. There's a tpb covering 1 - 25?! That seems pretty intense.

Wtf? No. That'll be the fourth trade that ends with issue 25. I don't think we'd see an omnibus for a series under 60 issues long that isn't the most popular thing since sliced bread.

I ended up buying the 2 Dark Avengers books today (haven't read them yet). I'm really only reading them because I'm looking forward to the Bullseye: Hawkeye mini series in April.

Yeah right now would be the ideal time to get into Moony because of the new arc that started at 26 like Crono said. This is the 5th storyline so far in the run since the reboot. Luckily you didn't miss out on much because they've all been really slow moving stories, but you might be confused by Spector's relationships; but nothing too bad. The first one and the previous one so far have been the the most interesting so far with this one already shaping up to be just as good in only 2 issues.

Just as a side note on MK, if you really want a great self contained read, pick up #13. It's just how Marc passed his registration exam, which was hilarious, and even gives you a little idea why he goes by the name Jake Lockley now. Artistically its the most memorable book in the whole run, and that's saying something given that David Finch did the art on the first 8 issues and his pencils are probably some of the best I've ever seen.

As for Iron Fist, can't really be much help to you there. I bought the first 7 when it started but I fell behind and never went back to catch up. They were good, but too much came out at that time and it just got lost in the shuffle for me.

I'm personally buying Whatmen, New Avengers #50, and I picked up Moon Knight #27, and I also grabbed The Zombies That Ate the World #1. I also bought Thunderbolts #129. A pretty slow week for me. Most of the comics I bought on a whim. New Avengers was really the only comic I was actually planning on buying originally.

Ooh, I'm actually getting comics this week!

Batman Cacophony #3 (don't think the previous issues have been good, but I'm interested in the conclusion)
Phonogram: The Singles Club #2 (very excited about this)

Might also have a leaf through the Gotham Gazette comic; not sure if it's worth it.

Probably just going to pick up Cacophony #3 out of the new releases. On a side note I just read through all of the Old Man Logan books that are out so far and this is probably the first great Wolverine story I've read in a long, long time.
