Intro
Holy shit, remember this contest? Basically, I've been away for a while and with Link's permission I am asking for the best and the brightest of the sig/avy makers out there to update my image. As much as I love Link's Luigi sig he made me, times are moving on. So like all the other sig competitions, you guys all make a signature and accompanying avy for the receiver (me), and then the signature receiver decides which one they like the most, and takes that as their signature and avy combo for the entire month (well in my case, forever).

Rules

- Everyone makes a signature and avatar for the receiver.

- There are no 'themes' required but the receiver can specify details if they desire to do so.

- The winning signature/avy combo is REQUIRED to be worn by the signature receiver for an entire month on TheGameHeroes.com, Link can enforce this rule since he's an admin, so do not participate as a receiver unless you agree to this rule. But in my case, this will be no big deal.

- Other signatures can be worn at later points in time if the receiver decides to wear them.

- The receiver also has the ability to 'not choose' a winner if the signatures are so absolutely horrible that it would be a form of punishment for them to have to wear it, however this choice must be validated by Link.

Schedule

- Contest starts on Sunday and signature selection begins the following Sunday. Only the signature receiver has any say in which one he chooses.

- Contests aren't on a particular schedule as of yet, since this is an experimental test run.

Additional Notes
- This obviously involves you knowing the signature receiver's likes and dislikes and sense of humor. Even if you DON'T know the receiver very well it doesn't mean you don't have a chance of winning. Do not be afraid of entering.


Details

There are no details on this one guys. Make me a signature to the best of your abilities, the goal is to make a signature you think I will like and wear proudly. Judging from all the talented signature makers here, it will be a tough choice, so I almost guarantee I'll be wearing the other signatures at a later point in the months.

PROTIP: Its because they knew I'd approve. Perhaps someone can help me by making a better one.

My access to Photoshop is very limited these days ever since my monitored fried. My only access is at school and which during that time I am using Photoshop for school related projects.

The problem is, you didn't say what you wanted ... It's a lot easier to try to work a design around something someone wants, or an image they want ... but you basically said "make me something cool" and walked away.

I tried starting one, but I just couldn't think of anything neat to do with it.

Yeah, you got me dead to rights there. Frankly, I just couldn't remember how this worked. I remember participating in Link's all that time ago and I remember just making something I knew he'd like, not really based on anything he mentioned...

But I'd say if there were a theme for me, it'd be comics. So make me a sig with comics as the theme. I'm a big fan of Image and Marvel comics.

These are some of my current favs, but that doesn't exactly mean go for these. Honestly, surprising me with one that isn't on this list would actually garner some awesome points: ex/ Savage Dragon. No, DC Comics. I like Superman and Batman, but they are hardly passions of mine.

Have at it. And as far as the length of this contest, the decision period will start once it looks like there are enough contenders!

You would have probably liked the DC/HT sign I made for Link. Man, I remember working my ass off on that one, hehe.

Anywho, trust me Beeslo, I'd really wanna make you something awesome, but I feel like my current work is sucking almost all mental strength & imagination I have.

Gotta say. It made me chuckle. I definitely dig the look. Perhaps I should have removed Watchmen from that list. Everybody is going to have Watchmen sigs with the movie coming out that really only a ridiculously unique and original one will win me over...course, this is pretty close to that.

The only issue being, the original image is so massive that shrinking it down to sig size makes some of the characters unrecognizable.

Exactly what Awesome said, the graphics comes from that flash game (off topic; nice looking graphics, not that interesting gameplay).
