Sidekick of the Year Award - VOTE NOW!

Okay guys, time to cast your votes for Sidekick of the Year!

Here's a brief bio of why they were nominated and who they are.

JB Artisan - He did a lot of the cool animations for the podcasts, the intro, and other assorted sweet graphics related work. He recently lost his PC for about 6 months, but he's recently made a come back!

snake91 - She makes the cut because this poll occurred prior to us turning her into a moderator. She's a geeky little thing from Ireland and enjoys anime, chatting on the forums, and getting in some laughs. She's also responsible for the Spoiler tag that we use on these forums. She was also the highest posting sidekick before she became a moderator. I also believe she's responsible for the TGH Steam group.

Crono - He's also helping out with database work for another semi-secret sub-project for the forums. He also helped create the TGH IRC chat, which is very slick.

Low Budget Jeff - He's been helping out with some contests, and even giving out some slick awards. He goes out of his way to help out new comers on the forums, and is a general all around good guy.

Once again, some nominations who made the cut may not reflect the votes. There was a 3 way tie, and to settle it, three names were put in a hat and I drew two of them, unfortunately one of the names (The Bastard Gamer) did not make the cut and therefore are not on the ballot.

I'm thankful that JB Artisan is getting the recognition he deserved. On a side-note, whomever gets Second place will get one of the prizes, since snake91 is null & void for winning one of them due to her modship.

Wow. I'm just happy to be up there...with my one vote so far...which I actually didn't give to myself. :pirate:

Seriously, thanks to whoever voted for me.

But seriously, I think that all three up there deserve a lot of credit. I've seen JB's stuff on the podcast since day one, I like how Crono made the IRC, and Snake just always has a positive attitude about...everything.

I voted for The Bastard Gamer!!! He deserves to be there...

But since he wasn't on the ballot... I went for JB Artisan... cause he does a lot for the site (And Snake can't win the prize... since she's a Mod... But she's awesome... and she got me my PSO account... :razz:

I humbly thank everyone who cast their vote in my favor. I think all of the candidates have just as much (if not more) credential to be nominated Kick 'o' the year. The best result this contest might bring would be a flux of overwhelming participation and contribution to propel the site forward, which is a great thing.

My vote goes to snake. For a start she's the one who let me know that TGH forum was up and running so I probably wouldn't have been able to join so soon if not for this. She has awesome taste in anime and music not to mention she's from Ireland, we support our own :yuush:
