Out of Sonic 1, 2, 3, andSonic 3 and Knuckles, which is your favorite?


It's hard a one for me, because I like Sonic 2 because it was the most fun, but Sonic 3 had the best music. I guess it's because MJ worked on the music for it. Sonic 2 and Knuckles was a damn long but fun game.

2 for me, one of my favorite games of all time. I don't really like the original for some reason, and 3 was too short.

Ok. How about I change it to Sonic 3 and Knuckles?

Sonic 3 and Knuckles, loved the music and found it super-easy to get into for some reason. Also, I really hate the water in 2.

Sonic 3 should never ever be played without Sonic & Knuckles. Sonic 3 is just too short, and Sonic & Knuckles is too much of a chore to be played without a save system (assuming you're going after the chaos emeralds). Definitely, Sonic 3 & Knuckles is my favorite of the series, followed shortly by Sonic CD.

Actually, all of them are really good, so it's rather hard to rate them.

Sonic 2 was the best if you ask me. The halfpipe mini game was truly epic, and I enjoyed the gameplay a lot more in that installment.

Sonic 2, IMO, is the best Sonic game of all time. Its even better with Sonic & Knuckles.

So in order of my favorites... 2, 1, Knuckles, 3.

Sonic 2 and Knuckles was fun you could play as Knuckles for Sonic 2 but Sonic 3 and Knuckles has got to be my favorite cause it was long and you started in Sonic 3 and Finished it in Sonic and Knuckles plus who can forget Hypers Knuckles or Hyper Sonic after you collect all 7 chaos emeralds in both games

Wow, that was certainly interesting. Though, it seems to be redone tunes of his work since he was longer part of it. Same could also be said with Sonic CD when they redid some of the music for the American release.

Interesting... interesting.

The only music that is left intact in Sonic CD is all the past stage music, so that should give you a good idea of what the original game sounded like. A lot of people make a big deal out of fact that they changed the music for the American release, but I'm rather impartial to it. I don't mind the American version tracks at all. In fact, some of it's pretty damn good. (Stardust Speedway bad future is awesome!)

I think the original Japanese theme song, though, was much better than Sonic Boom.
