It's a little weird but if people wanna talk and get excited about a kids show then, what's the big deal. No harm in it. There are far more stranger and annoying things on the internet (final fantasy hentai and rick rolls, just to name a few).

So the creator, Lauren Faust, is auctioning concept art for charity, as well as a drawing of Derpy. The picture of Derpy and the concept art of a pegasus Pinkie Pie are over 2,000 dollars each with over three days still to go. :0

If I had the cash I'd totally buy them. Seriously though more people need to give it a chance. Hell it's a hell of a lot better than "Problem Solvers" on CN. What a colorful pile of vomit that is.

Watched the first episode and all I have to say is that I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had plenty of laughs, and while it did give off the Kid's Show vibe it also gave off a "Disney" or "Pixar" vibe where it felt like there was something to enjoy for everyone.
