Well EB Games is grinding my gears... I think they fucked up my Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition preorder, the one I made when I picked up Dragon Age 2 a year ago and I'll only be getting the standard edition. There might be yelling later...

Welp, I now know who the stupidest customer

A middle aged lady walks up, coming from the direction of the front of the store and asks "Where's the front of the store?" That alone was enough to make me facepalm, but it get worse. I told her "just going that way" pointing towards the front. She goes "keep going this way? Ok" AND SHE STARTS WALKING THE OPPOSITE WAY OF WHERE I WAS POINTING.

Where's the nearest wall, so I can bang my head against it.

I received my copy of Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition on PC that was pre-ordered today ... It was shipped inside a plastic shipping bag with absolutely no packing material of any kind. It's completely crushed. The steelbook is bent into itself and the snaps are completely compromised. The condition of the box is absolutely horrible.

I'm really pissed off, because there's a chance I won't get a replacement. They took so long to ship the damn thing that the game is already hard to find. They claim they've got a replacement on the way ... it better be correct and in proper condition.

Not paying $80 for bullshit.

To get to and from work every day I have to walk through one of the busiest malls in the city. I cannot stand when people purposely walk into me. They see me coming and are aware I have nowhere else to go but they continue walking towards me as if I'm supposed to jump through a store window to get out of their way. Now I don't look like the biggest guy in the world but I'm definitely solid (I live at the gym pretty much) so I don't even care anymore. If people want to be assholes and run into me I take pleasure in watching them bounce off in surprise. I actually made a chick fall on her ass after she walked right into my shoulder. Only place I had to go was over a railing or directly into this girl as her and her friend were coming at me and... she want down. Made me laugh. Please share the walkway people!

I lost my job last week. It's fucked up when they say,"It's not you, you're great and all but It's on our end." On the same day too...I bolted out of there like a motherfucker, didn't even give me a week to prepare.

My grandfather passed away over the weekend. He hasn't been well for a long time, fighting going blind, alzheimers, parkinson's, had two strokes, heart attacks etc. My mom called me Sunday saying he stopped taking his medication (again) and things weren't looking good and later that night he was gone. Glad he no longer has to suffer.

Now, what's not going to be fun is my family. There's a reason I only talk to just my immediate family on the most part. My mom's half is mostly in Germany but my dad's half are... ugh... My dad and his brother don't get a long at all, my uncle and my grandmother haven't talked in years either (long story that has to do with him being a dick). My grandfather's sister who lives in Alberta but goes south to Phoenix for the winter stole these photo albums full of family history my grandmother made for my dad as a birthday gift and refuses to give them back (she denies having them at all even though my grandmother said she could borrow them in Alberta for awhile). Well she's held up organizing the wake and funeral because she was wasn't sure if was going to come... She wasn't sure if she wanted to go to her last-remaining sibling's funeral. This is my family...

Now me and my siblings have been tasked with writing and reading the eulogy. I'll write the eulogy but I'm hoping my brother or sister just reads it. I don't want to talk in front of these people...

Geez, that sounds horrible. My condolences and I hope your grandfather rests in peace, and hopefully the funeral goes smoothly.

So I finally became a mod somewhere. I had a rough start, but now I feel like I can do my job pretty well. Unfortunately for me, there was some e-drama recently that I actually had nothing to do with me other than I'm a mod and now those who were at the center of the friend circle of the guilty party are giving me the occasional headache. I ended up in a long argument via PM with one of them when I finally realized something.

I don't have to answer to this idiocy. Arguing with these guys is what got me in trouble in the first place, so why bother with them anymore?

That's when I got kind of happy, informed the guy what exactly he did wrong with suggestions on how to grow up as a person and just stopped it there. I told the admins and just stopped giving a shit about that group, and now I suddenly feel light as air. Sometimes all you need is a bit of perspective.

Now I can focus on my shitty luck with finding a job! Yeah!

People that go to the gym, sit on equipment and text/talk on their cell phone the whole time. I want to beat these people with an olympic bar.

There is this really loud and very manly woman who is always at my building's gym around when I go. She makes the most disturbing grunts whenever she does any sort of physical activity. It's not a normal grunt of exertion, it's a full out Arnold level of yelling. What the fuck lady.

Suggestion: Don't fuck with her. She will eat you alive, literally. Women body builders are far scarier and more intimidating than men.

On Saturday, St. Louis had a hail storm that affected over half the entire city and I was right in the middle of it. The amount of insurance claims, damages and fixing that needs to happen around here is absolutely astounding.

My car took some major damage. My windshield has a crack the size of a beach ball that circles and almost takes up a third of the entire windshield. My hood, roof, trunk and side of my car has about 60 to 70 tiny dents the size of a nickle all around it.

Now, I get to wait around until my insurance sets up a 'claims center' and I can get an estimate from them about my damage. I now have a genuine fear that they will total it because it is a 2001 Toyota Camry with 140,000 miles on it.

So, I'm either going to keep my car, but have to wait probably a month or two to fix the windshield and all of the dents. Or, they will total my car and I can either drive a dented car or deplete my entire savings to buy a new car.

Please Shoot Me! x_x

Couldn't you just find another 2001 Toyota Camery if they end up wanting to total it? That's sort of why they give you the money. (Cheaper to buy a new one than repair the one you have) It wouldn't equal out 100% ... but it's an option.

I could do that, but I don't think the money would equate to each other. I have checked the Kelly Blue Book price of my car and I have checked places for how much my car is worth. Obviously, those won't equal because the dealers/sellers are trying to make money. But, I also don't think my insurance company is going to give me that much money as I am pretty sure it is much more expensive to do that than to fix my car.

Plus, I wouldn't want to spend money on a car that is exactly like mine when I had intentions of eventually getting a new car. I'd probably just bite the bullet and buy the new car right now.

I am trying to look through all my options and that is one I have in mind. I can only take it with each new piece of the puzzle. All I have done is call the insurance company and I am currently waiting on them to see how much I will get from them.

So about a week ago I ordered Skylanders along with a character pack from zavvi.com. The game itself arrived on Monday but no sign of the figures. I sent them a message asking where it was and apparently it's been out of stock this whole time. Well excuse me but if it's out of stock why the fuck doesn't it say so on the product page? I guess that would make too much sense, instead I have to twiddle my thumbs waiting for it to be shipped for at least another month. No thank you! I'll go buy my Skylanders from somewhere reliable. This is the second time something like this has happened when I've bought something from them, I bought a couple of games from them, all except Prince of Persia arrived after a week or so. I sort of forgot about it until 3 months later I was on the site and it said it was still waiting to be shipped. Cancelled that straight away, ordered from amazon and it arrived 5 days later. So much for second chances. >_< They won't be able to entice me back with free vouchers this time.

I've had that problem with shoe retailers, I buy a pair of shoes atleast twice a month. Now, I ordered a pair of rereleased Air Jordan IV Cements from The Finish Line. This was no joke too, it was a $200 pair of shoes. I paid for priority mail so I get it the next day and guess what? The motherfucker came a week later. WTF!? And to make matters worse they billed me for the 1 day priority mail...

They didn't supply a tracking number so there's no way to prove to me they sent it right away, I was furious that day. Eventually I did get a refund and some store vouchers but these dudes aren't as reliable as amazon.

Amazon with prime is the boss.
