Thanks Apple for making a product that is completely fucking useless for any work that I do. I'm really glad you're charging 300 dollars for an upgraded version of iMovie. What kind of shit is this. :yuush:

Is it really the final cut?

You know they are going to release a sequel or remix version in a year or two

Apple did the same thing with iMovie and QuickTime a couple of years ago. People reacted the same to them. While I initially felt that the new iMovie was annoying as hell to use, once I got used to it I realized it was a way more powerful application. As for QuickTime X... I liked maybe one or two of it's new features, but compared to QuickTime 7 Pro it felt like a significant step back. I have QT 7 Pro on the side for that kind of stuff which is pretty annoying to be honest.

@BuddyBaker
It's always really annoying when companies change up an app that you're perfectly happy with. It can probably still do everything you want it to, only you'll have to relearn shit in order to do it. Or just stick to the previous version.

Yeah, I'll be sticking with Final Cut 7 for now. Besides fiddling with X at home, 7 is just suited better for my work. Hopefully they fix it with future updates.
