OH MY GAWD WHAT IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS FUCK WAS THAT?

A good man goes to war thoughts

Spoiler
The greatest moments of the Doctor was an epic to behold. You just knew that he was under one of those hoods, but his reveal was still pretty dang awesome. I laughed!
Everything in that part was a blast to see unfold. But then.
The doctor's darkest hour was dark indeed. At first I thought that both of them were flesh. Still, was glad to see that it was only Melody. Or ... should I say ... River. WHAT IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS MINDFUCK WAS THAT? My eyes widened all the way when I saw that. That was unbelievable. I never saw this coming. Not even when we knew Melody's name. I mean, Melody Pond, River Song. Should have seen it coming, but my god.

Honestly, the Doctor's Wife and this one are two of the best episodes in the Matt Smith series. Both of them are equally as memorable, but this one has that extra pinache. Bravo Moffat!

If all that wasn't enough, the title of the next episode had me crap my pants in "OMG THIS IS GOING TO BE AWESOME in the fucking autumn oh my god no":

"Let's Kill Hitler"

Srsly

Mind. Blown.

I'm not even going to mention any spoilers because my head's still spinning.

All I'll say

Spoiler
I knew it was coming, at the back of my head I thought, surely that's what It'll be.

And yet. I still didn't see it coming, not at all.

Bring on "Let's Kill Hitler" (How did they get away with naming that...)

I'm not sure what to think of this. I think I might have the same dislike of it as I do the X-Men manga. I kinda feel like it's more making fun of the fact that everything is getting Japanimated (Supernatural being the recent one coming to mind). Then again someone took time to make it so I'm not sure if I should worry that it's a viable plan to make it official.

It's just a fan thing, don't take it that seriously.

Let's Kill Hitler is like the best damn name for an episode.

As for all the spoilery stuff... it's sort of funny because I like 1/8th figured that out last season when...

Spoiler
I thought River Song was part TARDIS or part Timelord or something along those lines, which it turns out I wasn't that far off in the grand scheme of things, despite having no fucking clue about Amy's kid. Does anybody else want to see the lizard chick and her lesbian pal killing Jack the Ripper? Seriously, untapped potential!

Just like how Jack Harkness got a spin-off in Torchwood, we need a spin-off for those two!

Seriously the best thing I didn't know I wanted about the episode!

You guys actually saw potential in that? I saw it as a throw away gag at best. The Lizard chick is just not as charismatic as a character as Jack Harkness is. Plus, they'd run out of plausible adventures pretty quick.

And now that I've said that.. next week we'll probably see a trailer for the new Doctor Who spin-off, staring the lizard woman.

She was a totally awesome support character. It kind of felt all "Steampunk Samurai" in a way. I mean, it's the 2nd episode she's been in, I could see her being reoccurring, not to mention I think the costume/scales look really well done for her.

I'd take a fair wager it won't happen... haha.

But still, I really enjoyed her character and her partner Jenny, they were undoubtedly some of the more cooler side-characters Iv'e seen in the last two seasons with Moffat's run. (Aside from Idris of course, who I really REALLY want to see return, loved her and Matt Smith together)

NOOOOOOooooo! I mean. We'll get to finish season 6, but already being ticked about the Mid-season break, now 2012's been "Scrapped." EFf you Moffat.

But it could be hear-say:

From what I heard, Doc Who will start in the fall next year and will have a split, starting in next year again for a super duper fantastic year of Doctor Who that will blow our socks right off

Considering it's filmed in America that doesn't surprise me too much. Just torrent that shit.

Torchwood was interesting, you can tell it's American and I'm not sure if it's because of production values or camera techniques.

The only problem I had with the first Miracle Day episode was that apparently it's still a mystery to America that Aliens actually do exist. Or, at least, that one moment where someone was gobsmacked at the mention that Torchwood dealt with aliens. "Aliens, wha?" Or something like it. But ffs xD

Hey, all the important Alien shit happens in Britain... even when all the Children of Earth are being sacrificed to uber aliens, Americans are too busy watching their Baseballs & Footballs.
