I love that sketch style in his work, although Jawshy was a close second.

I vote for Superman 64

As always, he does great work. The cartoony feel is a nice change up from the rest of the entries. Plus his blend of colors is nice; enough for you to notice, but not enough to over-saturate the sig

I'm voting for mscupcakes. Her sig looks clean. I like the way it's put together in terms of it's composition. I like the use of color (which is important for this contest) and it's 8-bit style.

Fucking shit. I just typed a huge critique of everyone's signature and lost it because I got logged out. I don't think I want to go through that again so I'm voting for Nomad. Colors are subtle, design is clean, all around cool signature.

I'll critique everyone individually next week. But overall, waaaay too much usage of the rainbow color scheme. I know I did it too but originally I was going to shoot for "colorful" imagery and use that dead junker from Snatcher. I don't think people would have gotten it so I added the colorful blood. Anyways glad to see a lot of participants. Good luck to all you jokers.

ok here goes:

I dig the kiddy sig Superman 64 made, clean, kiddy and looks like scribblenauts.

moving on cupcakes, I totally love the Nyan Cat...it's missing the song though.

Darkseid's sig deserves a special mention, the subtle rainbow panel is pretty awesome, although it could've been executed a little better. But overall it's an awesome sig.

Koari's sig has this theme spot on, but don't get me wrong it kinda seemed off how Yusuke is like a monotone green and Goku is epically condensed reddish, it's like you just messed with the color tones and slaped it on. It kinda hurts the eyes when you see a big blob of green on one side.

Link honestly what I love best about your sig is the border...man that caught me eye instantly.

Jawshy, man I lol'd nice work.

AKADave and Kaiserhawk, I dig the theme but using the videoclip sig thing with color overlapped on a grainy clip doesn't look all too perfect. But good sigs.

My vote goes to Nosebleed his was just different. No rainbow theme, no clusterfuck of colors to make things high and the transition of the blood's colors look amazing. that + TITTIES!

Without full blown critiquing everyone, Superman 64 has my vote. Did you hand draw that shit or just use some awesome filter or what? Crayons + Colorful = Peanutbutter & Jelly. Makes so much sense and fits so well without being a rainbow clusterfuck. I realize I'm also a rainbow clusterfuck but I was hoping the content would justify it as opposed to just throwing some transparent overlays of a gradient on a normal sig and calling it a day.

Runner-Up Vote = Jawshy. That's really slick how you pulled that off, I'm curious to know exactly what you did, because it just looks really natural.

I wish I hand drew it. (I also wish I had a tablet).

The stars are a brush. The writing was a font (The white scribbled coloring was done using the ink tool). The Superman symbol is a part from another font, but I did do some altering of it to make it look sketched. The rainbow I did draw using the ink tool in gimp. The cloud background was from a picture I took a while ago that I altered the colors to add more of a blue color to it.

Which is funny, cause that's what I did not do

This is going to be weird to explain. For Yusuke, I took a black and white sketch, rendered it, then I transposed color away from it using a Paint.NET add-on

I fixed it now for normal use, but if I had that kind of critique earlier, I probably would've had time to swap
