The original Add to the Picture game was made a few years ago and it was a great game, so I'm going to try to bring it back.

Make sure you read the rules before you post anything. There was a huge problem with people not reserving a slot so they could add their contribution, so rule #1 is the most important.

Rules

1. Make a reply to this thread, in which you type 'Reserved'. That way others can see that you are editing the picture and we won't end up with multiple edits going at the same time.
2. Save the most recent variant of the pictures in this thread to your hard drive.
3. Edit the picture. You can cut & paste something or you can draw something. It is up to you.
4. Upload your new image to an image hosting service (i.e. Photobucket, imageshack)
5. Edit the reply you made in step 1, replacing the world 'Reserved' your new picture.
6. Post away, and you are done.

Here's a quick example:


If a picture gets too crowded, you can start a new picture, try to incorporate the previous picture in this new picture if you can (check the first thread for a good example)

And already we see the importance of posting "reserved" in the thread while you work away
If whoever does the next edit can merge those two together that'd be fantastic

could we possibly upload image editor formats as well as the image? It's kind of hard to edit an image that has a bunch of shit in the foreground already.

Well it doesn't have to be perfect, you can put stuff over other people's if you need to.
But yeah, if people can post a .psd or .xcf I suppose that'd be handy too.

I'm dead serious and it's pretty much fact, the rendering job done here to fit in that background is just awful.
