I like to believe that most if not all took at the most less then three hours, though if I'm particularly inspired or running into lots of problems I usually lose track of time.

meister, you might also like the far superior gifs from If we don't, remember me which has the same kind of animation as that one except very high quality, well animated and such. sadly he seems to only do movies so there aren't from Twin Peaks. :(
