Since there doesn't appear to be an official suggestions forum I thought I would post it in the most relevant one. Can we add a new rule that limits people to asking one question per podcast? It's become a recent trend for people to list 3, 4, even 5 questions in one post. I get that they want their questions heard and want airtime, but give everybody a chance. If there were 10 posts and each had 5 questions, that is 50 questions! The forum questions segment seems to get longer and longer as these people add more and more questions. If you have so many questions, hold some back for future podcasts. Spread 'em out a bit.

Not that this has actually effected me, but it is starting to get out of control.

Oh, I definitely agree. Though, I do understand that some people want to ask each individual person a question, but sometimes you can't ask everyone something. Especially if they're not even there.

I say that if they have a question for one person and that person isn't there, then you need to skip it.

well that depends, I don't notice that too many people ask too many questions (yes, I am one of those multiple question askers) but a long questions segment is good, especially considering how disjointed the podcast can be when any of the members, mainly classyman cant be available with school which can be often. and most time not many questions are asked on the threads anyway, a 20 minute forum questions seems fine to me and is a good thing, I don't see why so many people hate long length podcasts, its a good thing! the prototype has that issue when mikes not around and they end up being like 20 minutes which is almost lazy!

I stopped watching the question segments long ago due to the length and as a result I have no interest in asking questions. I would be curious to see if others are in the same boat as I am. If so, I would imagine limiting questions and shortening the length would generate more interest in the segment. It may possibly spawn more thoughtful questions since one would need to count for 3 or 5.

I would imagine Tom and Co have kept the current format to allow everyone to feel involved - which is certainly a good thing. But, like Lucrious said, not many people are asking questions.

Well, I still watch the question segment, but I rarely ask questions 'cause most of the time, the multiple-question posts take more time than my (usually) one question.

And I don't mind long podcasts; I just dislike it when the question segment takes up the bulk of the podcast.

3, 4, or 5 is just too much

limit it to 2 per person because the questions might be related or a two part question

I'd limit it to one per person or eliminate it altogether to make room for something awesome like interviews or something. This has been going on for years now with ScrewAttack and other areas. It's monotonous.

Yeah, you should answer maybe the most interesting question out of the 5 that are asked per post.

That was the single most chaotic recording experience I've ever had, by the way. And I've worked with the madman known as Benzaie!

1 or 2 questions per should be good. I don't think it needs to be something that needs a rule, people need to just be respectful to the fact that there are others who might want to ask questions.

Granted, one could argue that the crew could read one question from each post, but that shouldn't be an option. It's their show, we shouldn't give them rules on what to do in it.

I actually stopped watching a chunk of the questions when I notice mine gets passed up or just not even gotten to because someone like Lucrious, Tinglenator or Tyty asked about 5 questions each. Damn inquisitive bastards!!

Look at the questions for this week's show! already like 6 or 7 people asking at LEAST 3 questions. Mine's totally getting passed over again. . . :(

Well if it's questions about games that are way too specific, fine, but if it's questions that lead to a hilarious story. Then people should ask them a lot. (e.g. the "homeless fortress" story)

Well since the podcasts are once a month now, wouldn't it be reasonable to let people ask more than 1 question?
Theoretically they should be getting 4x as many questions each podcast anyawy

Fewer questions from the "usual suspects" the better.

You are a very wise man :-)

I feel the podcast needs more content that isn't forum questions in order to give us more things to ask questions about. Also the fact that some of the podcasts are like 75% forum questions kind of bores me...
