Can they PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fucking stop it with those obnoxious 30, 40, and 60 motherfucking second commercials featuring the goddamn cast of Glee?

The ad agency responsible deserves a cockpunch too, if I see the ad is 30 seconds long, I usually go AWAY from the content or refresh, but this is sick, no one should have to sit through a minute long ad you can't fast forward through.

Also, I fucking hate Glee now. It was just something I didn't get, but now it's in my hate file. IO want to punch everyone involved back into last Tuesday.

FUCK!!! Just...can you guys complain to blip or something. I got three vids IN A ROW with this crap, and sometimes it makes TGWTG unwatchable.

It doesn't help that half of the time they're so friggin' slow that they are definitely unwatchable.

Now EVERY vid on the site has those fucking ads. I clicked the wrong one by mistake and thankfully got a sweet simple 15 second liquor ad, but now everything is that douchebag getting his face in a toilet.

45 seconds? Really blip...motherfucking really? I'm sorry, but whenever this happens from now on, I'll go to another site and check back after a while.

What happened to the good ole days when you could click on the ad and it would stop?

When you're watching 2 minute long vids, and have to wait that long it's bull. Entertain myself? Seriously? I'm fine with minute long ads, but every other vid/app site doesn't REQUIRE an ad for every video. Blip is usually awesome 15 seconds...done. Trust ,me a 60 wait between short videos is infuriating.

Thankfully I just used my ad blocker, which doesn't cripple blip, like cbs's viewer with doubleclick.

I get like a 15 sec halo reach commercial.

I'm suddenly reminded of all the times my mom cut out a funny comic strip or article, and the crickets that played in my head when I bothered to read them. Thankfully I re-watched the Jackass 3 trailer, and Jerry Seinfeld on Larry King Live, I can smile again.

It is.

It sucks, it's annoying, but Blip is going to look at their base as a whole. They're going to make money so everyone else makes money, and I doubt that complaints are going to change their opinions. If the Internet continues to be a dominant media for videos and such, then advertising will hold sway. That's just the way it works.

I'm not against ads. I'm fine with ads. No one can be 100% on the ball about everything all the time, and ads are a creative way to market things.

...but there are limits.

Music radio was killed not only because of the internet, but the RIDICULOUSLY long commercial breaks. People put up with ads to a point. 30 second internet ads are pushing it, but for a 1/2 hour long show on hulu, it's not a problem. A commercial that lasts over a minute, that basically leeches onto a website for an hour and when the videos are like TGWTG and five minutes to ten minutes a pop, it's just holding people hostage with an ad. On demand allows fast-forwarding, TV has a bunch of channels one can flip to, and most people on the internet are kind enough to make their ads short and AWESOME.

The best ad I ever saw was a simple banner ad for pringles, each click gave a different message, until it got annoyed at you and started cracking jokes.

We should reward brilliance, not ad equivalents of bloatware.

As I said before, the whole internet should have something to entertain you for 60 seconds. If they annoy you enough to complain about them this much they should annoy you enough to force you to ignore them.
