Identify an Anime

So... there's some series out there that had some Blonde haired person (medium length) with some crazy looking face (almost like the joker and/or a jester) and they had purpleish eyes. Somebody was using it for an avatar, and I thought it looked interesting. I also remember seeing the full picture somewhere once before too. Unfortunately, I can't remember anything else, except it probably came out in the past like 10 years or less?

Anybody got any clues?

No, but they look cool. This person had Blonde hair, and the photo I'm thinking of I think they had jagged looking shark teeth in some evil grin.

I think they also had glowing red eyes and a fancy suit of some kind on with an Edgeworth type ascot thing.

Nope. I watched TTGL. Not Viral.

I have a feeling this character was a woman, and if not then a bishounen.

I think the image I saw was taken from the background of a Manga or DVD cover or promotional image or something. I don't think this person was a central character of the show. Perhaps the villain?

Possibly yes. A lot of this sounds familiar, but may be entirely wrong.

I hear it's a great series. It's like a more comedic Death Note, about a demon that tricks a young kid to solve mysteries for his benfit. I don't remember the exact reasons why, though.

I may attempt to watch this soon. I've been watching RAINBOW, but only two episodes in and it's already pretty depressing and uncomfortably graphic.
