Only problem is when I borrowed that boxset from a friend one of the discs were stretched, and it wasn't even opened. I hope that's just his copy, though. :-(

Holy shit, Seth McFarlane actually did something cool for once. In a recent episode of American Dad, where Roger got roasted, he references Bubbles' speech from the final season.

That's like, the first ever reference to the show... ever?

Some could argue that this might damage the show's reputation as a cult classic, untouched by mainstream television. But, when the show's been over for 2 years now, there's not much that can be done. It's also an incentive to watch the show and look cool before everyone does it.

A TON of folks in the Comic industry swear by this series as a prime example of good writing.

Doesn't surprise me. I was so immersed in the rich subext of each scene and episode, that by the time I had finished Season 5, I wanted to write my own series!
