I'm kinda iffy about the direction the art style took. I mean the graphics in the first Marvel Vs games worked great, now Ryu and the Hulk look like rejects from the Addams Family.

I'm more iffy about them using the SFIV Engine. I sort of liked the 2D style and sprites the originals had. I'd much rather this be a 2D style game, Guilty Gear-ish maybe, or maybe even some really fancy cel-shading that was 2D.

They aren't using the SFIV engine, they're using the engine that they used for Dead Rising, Lost Planet 2 and Resident Evil 5.

I like the style and I can see why it's in 3D.

A fighting game with Deadpool.

Fuck. I may have to get this, even though I'm not really into fighters. If Viewtiful Joe, Gene and Zero are in it too, I may buy it full price. If scrooge McDuck and other Disney characters are in it because of the merger and Capcom's previous experience with those properties, I'm camping out at gamestop for the rest of the year.

I just wish UN Squadron would get some love. Though part of me hopes they don't because I might go crazy, fly to Japan and start humping the Capcom building.
