Hey guys its been a great First Year TGH Fantasy Football... Congrats to superseagull7 for being the first Champ... (im pretty sure he hasn't been on here in a while but none the less congrats..)

With the end of the Fantasy season it marks the beginning of the NFL Postseason... time for some predictions...

AFC
Bengals v. Jets... Jets Win (Running game and D wins Championships)
Patriots v. Ravens... Ravens (Rice is playing amazing and no Welker is HUGE)

Colts v. Ravens... Colts (Simply a better team)
Chargers v. Jets... Chargers (Best team in the NFL right now IMO)

Colts v. Chargers... Chargers (Indy putting on the breaks when they did and how good the Chargers are playing as well as history will be on SD side)

NFC
Cowboys v. Eagles... Eagles (HISTORY teams rarely ever go 3-0 against one team in the same season and the Cowboys have not won a playoff game since 1996 against the Vikings in Wild Card weekend)
Cardinals v. Packers... Packers (Probably the most dangerous team in the Playoffs... THIS IS GONNA BE A GOOD GAME)

Vikings v. Packers... Packers (see above... teams rarely ever go 3-0 and the Vikings are either really good are terrible as of late)
Saints v. Eagles... Eagles (this is gonna be one of those games where who ever has the ball last is gonna win... remember the Eagles were a game away from the 2 seed for a reason and i think the Saints have lost there mojo)

Packers v. Eagles... Eagles (This one was tough for me... basically what did it for me is that i drunkenly picked Chargers v. Eagles 5 weeks ago so im being stubborn BUT the Packers line has been subject all season and if you can get to Rodgers i think they will slowly start to crumble... and Jackson will go OFF in this game...)

SUPERBOWL

Chargers v. Eagles... Chargers (Hottest team in the NFL... Always a Brides Mate never a Bride... Phillip Rivers was second fiddle to Eli Manning in the Draft... Norv Turner is not a winner... LT is a good RB but no Champion... It's time to give these guys there due... The same could be said for the birds but i think SD is gonna be to much for Philly)

MVP: Philip RIvers

NOTICE TRENDS: AFC Both top seeds in Championship and NFC Wild Card teams... there has been a team that played in Wild Card Weekend in the Superbowl for as long as i can think...

im going with j rog here, the chargers can take it all this year, rivers is getting the credit he needs, he should be up there with the greatest, plus even though he's getting old L.T is still having a good running game, but SD's passing game is what will make this team soar.

I have this nagging feeling the vikings are going to win it all this year.

in NFL related news, ron turner FINALLY got fired, been blowing that horn for 3 - 4 years now, unfortunately the cheap ass McCaskey's didnt want to eat the money on Lovie smith's final year on his contract so we have to deal with his hallow emotionless husk as head coach for another year :-(

It took them a quarter, but the Saints really hit their stride in that game. The Colt's offense was for the most part a monster throughout the entire game, but the Saints got the key plays they needed to cinch the win.

Normally I'm not a big sports person, but I do love me some occasional football.

off season, the draft is coming soon and...

L.T signed with the Jets. Probably back up to Shonn Greene, I'm surprised by their move though. The best offense in the league with one of the greatest RB's of all time. This should be interesting.

It just seems like the deal a couple years ago during the draft. They traded their first round pick to the Cowboys, and with the pick they gained from them, they got... Kolb. Freaky Shit

Eh, it's not like the Redskins will be any more of a threat with this. At best I see them becoming .500 team or so.
