lol , I am used to playing catch up, everytime I play all my friends are level 80, the downside is , usually all my friends are level 80, easy loot / gear / dungeons haha.

few things im noticing, this is the first time since I first started playing ive not had a higher lvl toon on a server im playing on, has it always been this tough making money ? and when did they change the potions? kinda sucks cool down doesnt start til your out of combat now.

ima go check out the ore prices at org, I sorta remember being able to make decent money from copper ore off higher levels too lazy to farm.

Economy is fucked up because of WotLK, you're going to have to just have gathering classes and sell your shit for like 15g for a stack of copper. I am clueless about potions nowadays honestly.

I think it's like 10 gold.

Yeah, that mount thing confused the shit out of me. WoW is like... not the same game anymore. I'm sort of torn. I'm hoping it's JUST Azeroth that's like this, but it feels like all the fun and difficulty has been taken out of instances.

Ionno, the pre-raid instances in WotLK are about the same in difficulty as any other pre-raid stuff but the bosses tend to be more interesting to tank at least. The raids are more accessible since they can be done with less people but it's still just a matter of following the patterns the bosses have and acting accordingly.

I don't think they will do this but if they manage to put the BoA items cross realm it'd be nice.

I agree that the instances are a bit too easy. They do get more challengin in the pre-ICC instances, especially in Pit of Saron where most of the mobs have the same amount of HP as the bosses in Halls of Lightning.

But yeah, heroic instances should be more difficult.

Looking at it, yeah most of the raids are pretty easy these days especially with that raid queue.

I love 1 - 60. It's probably my favorite part about WoW.

The first time I went through it, I loved it. But after being spoiled by the kinds of quest there were in Outlands/Northend, I just got bored with the older quests. Most of them are all just a variety of kill/gather/kill-loot/go there.

Agreed, but we all have our favorite zones whether due to scenery or the types of enemies we fight or whatever. I know in each zone I have particular favorite and/or enjoyable quests that are easy to do.

Don't get me wrong I still love some areas and the monsters in certain areas for Arr Pee. I'm just bored of leveling in it.

Grats Goligoth hope you get to enjoy level 80 before Cataclysm hits stores later this year. Then you'll have 5 more level's to worry about :ohnoes: .

Edit:
Now that summer is around the corner it's a really good time to start playing actively. Since most of the WoW population is people in school/college. They'll have plenty of time to play and that just means one thing raids raids raids raids. Of course this will not apply to those that have jobs that require their attention 100% of the time. Your odds of getting stuff done is a lot better during summer than any other season of the year.

It can't be that bad, at most it'll take a week or two to get those five levels and I'm really interested to level a new character in the new-old(?) world XD :teehee:
