Yeah she is. She's the only lesbian in the whole crew.

kelly is bi , Ive had dinner with her, and she came up to my room and I had the choice of having her do some striptease dance thing, or laying in bed cuddling with her, not sex, but its where romancing her leads, and ill take it cause I have no interest in Garus or Jacob.

she is actually more of a side romance then an actual romance, I could have pursued samara along with kelly if I wanted to, but decided to just go with kelly.

since this character isnt my "main" shepard I might load an old save and try romancing morinth, I hear that romance has... interesting consequences.

So has anyone done the renegade route and purchased the Med Bay upgrade? If you have, why? Those scars and red Terminator eyes are bad fuckin' ass. Especially when you're scamming on the females of your crew.

I kind of wish I could get those while I was doing the paragon route to be honest. Just because I'm nice to people doesn't mean I shouldn't be able to scare them. :-(

I found this PA Comic to be quite funny, mostly due to how true it is. Many conversations about ME2 have followed that route...

That's mainly 'cause romances are usually the one thing people don't mind having spoiled for the game.

It's also because people who haven't played ME2 (or even ME1 for that matter) always ask if there's sex in it.

I finally beat it last night. The whole time I thought I was going to make it through the suicide mission with all my crew intact. And then at the very end...Miranda goes and gets dead. I was so close to getting that "everyone survives" achievement.

However, it could've been worse. My brother played on insanity, and in the end...well...let's just say his cargo bay was full of coffins.

from what I understand, if someone lives or dies depends pretty much solely on 2 things, gonna spoiler this just to be safe

Spoiler
the first being if they are loyal or not, the 2nd if they are the right person for the job IE if you pick someone other then your top tech specialist to do the tech job, they will die.

Zombies is right about what allows them to survive. You just have to plan the finale smartly. The game really stresses this stuff to you during the dialog, like... they're always like

"IF ANYBODY ISN'T FOCUSING 100% ON THE MISSION OR THEIR LOYALTY ISN'T TO THE MISSION THEN IT'S BAD NEWS BEARS. *HINT-HINT* BY THE WAY, DID I MENTION ABOUT THEIR LOYALTY TO THE MISSION?"

At least that's how it felt with me right after you finish the stuff on Horizon.

Besides, who isn't going to try and suck all the fun they can out of the game and jump right in the Omega 4 Relay? That'd be like fighting Lavos right after getting the Epoch.

Also, as for Liara, I want to keep my relationship with her, but...

Spoiler
yeah I can assume 2 years working for the Shadow Broker would change someone. I'm hoping more is explained about her situation in the comic series. Only 2 issues out so far, but she seems to be more of a badass around the time the Normandy gets fried by the Collectors.

Alright, about 8 hours in and just met up with the collectors on Horizon. Just thought I would drop my two cents on how much I'm really enjoying the game. Characters are amazing so far (so far there aren't any I hate like in the first game), the mission pacing seems excellent. Each one seems important, compared to the first game were many side mission just seem like busy work.

Couple things I don't like though. I do miss a lot of the RPG aspects, like armour and leveling. Secondly I miss the weapon comparison. I miss the details on which weapon is better/more powerful. Anyways, still trucking along. Have to take a little break to play Bioshock 2. Want to try and beat it before the weekend so I can lend it to my brother while he's in town.

Spoiler
death can be interesting indeed.

I did end up getting with Miranda just to get the paramore achievement. I then re loaded the game, broke it off with her ,and stayed faithful to Ashley. My characters is as I would describe someone who would rob a bank, but then save a puppy.

I had Mass Effect 1, but some ass sold it on me.
So i never got to beat it.

Well i found someone that i can borrow it from. I started from the very beginning despite my save files being intact. Its been so long that i felt i wouldn't be getting the full immersion of the story otherwise.

Went for full paragon infiltrator commando. I'm usually escorted by Wrex and Garrus.. And i already have my spectre weapons. Story wise i just freed the planet with the mind control plant thing. And a few side missions after that. I'm gonna try and pump Sheppard up to lv 60 for the ME2 conversion.

Maybe i will do a full renegade idk run too. Depends on how fast he gets done with ME2.

I wouldn't bother trying to reach level 60. You can only do it after you've played through it twice, and all it does is make you start at level 5 in ME2 instead of level 1 (or level 3 if you were level 50 in ME1).

Just loved every minute of it, all i need is to complete it on insanity which is proving entertaining to say the least :-D

I am not an achievement whore, in fact I have never gotten 1000 / 1000 on any game, I'd be surprised if I got 500 / 1000 on any previous game, its just not something that im motivated to really try and do or even care about, that being said...

I am playing through on insanity now, that and the incineration achievements are the only 2 I have left to earn 1000 / 1000, this game was that good, that I - who rather dislike achievements - felt driven to get 1000 / 1000.

I am about 1/4 of the way through my 3rd play through, and this game still rocks my face off every time I turn it on.

About 15 hours in now and the last crew member I need to pick up is Tali. Seriously, I can't tell you all enough how much I love this game. I got Bioshock 2 on pre order and I don't even want to touch it because I'm too addicted to ME2. I can't wait to replay the first and second as a renegade and be a total dick!

Just beat it with everyone alive and, I definitely enjoyed it. Satisfying ending but with the feeling that there's still much to do.
