I should add...

There's no rule against changing or adjusting based on feel, as long as there's no changing after a death to a dead one (obviously, and easily detected anyway). I'm thinking of updating for 2010 soon.

If you adjust, it's blacktually easier to just post a new list instead of editing a previous one, as that way you can't cheat.

I won't copy you with that one, but that's another one that I'm surprised hasn't happened yet.

No, he's in Waziristan... which he escaped to in early 2003 or 2004 because Rumsfeld wouldn't approve McCrystal's troop request to go after him because those troops were being reallocated to Iraq (another reason why Rumsfeld should have been fired on the spot and brought up on charges for dereliction of duty)... but I digress.

He has released several authentic tapes and audio recordings, mentioning Obama and current events.. I think the last one was January or March of last year, but since the FBI still thinks he's alive, I'm saying he's alive.
