Since there's no sticky for battling, I figured I'd make my own thread. I'm kinda bored, so I wanted to know if anybody else would like a nice pokemon match. I'll be available today and most of tomorrow, possibly even sunday as well.

You can set your own rules for a match, as long as they're not too unreasonable. If I lose, I'll forfeit over one of my pokemon or a pokemon of your choice as a victory prize.

I just bought platinum. I haven't played a pokemon game since the original Red 10+ years ago. Anyone have any low level cool pokemon they can send my way? Maybe stuff I'm unable to get alone?

I recommend you this site if you plan to do some breeding down the line. Hell it's a good reference site for all things pokemon. Also they have a pokedex there and start picking pokemon I'll see if I have them to trade to you.

Hey thanks for the reply. It has been two weeks about since I got the game now. I am moving along quite nicely, just recently got my 7th badge

However I realize there are probably a ton of pokemon from the 2nd or 3rd generation games that I have no way of obtaining at all. Have any of those you could throw my way to help me fill out the pokedex?

I think we should be seeing Mickey around here more. Since he said in the Prototype that he picked up Platinum. Anyway, I need to get my Wi-Fi set up so I can start battling and trading with you all.

I have Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, and soon Heart Gold and Soul Silver.
