I listened to some of their stuff about a year ago, it was okay..
But if you want proper Korean Pop you should check out Girls Generation:

i've listened to SNSD too like a while back my god hotness multiplied is just too much to handle, i'm just surprised how the wondergirls made it up north though, they had a concert in NY and US singles too. they're like BoA who's songs stepped into the party scene.

Sounds just as generic and corporatized as the pop in America

I'm still latching on to S.E.S for my Korean girl pop.
