You know what grinds my gears? When you hold the door for someone and they don't even thank or acknowledge you, like it was your duty to hold the door for them. That being said, it also grinds my gears when you're walking directly behind someone and they ignore you and don't hold the door... like what the hell? In too much of a hurry to take one second and hold the door for someone instead of letting it close in their face? Assholes...

You know what else grinds my gears? When you can't find the droids you're looking for.

That's funny beause that heppened to me a couple of hours ago. I was just leaving the garage where I bought some Coke, and I left the door ajar for the guy coming in, and he just grunted at me! part of me wanted to slam that door in his face!

Microwave popcorn grinds my gears. Why? Because half the kernels don't pop at all, and the ones that do pop are burnt and uneatable.

I'll tell you what grinds my gears.. I'm going to a gig tonight, one I've been looking forward to for months, and I find out today that my friend's don't want to meet up with me beforehand, they insist on meeting me at the door even though they know I have no idea where the venue is!

You know what really grinds my gears? People that insist I am a bad mom because I had no problem nursing my daughter in public. Seriously, get over yourselves. That's what boobs are for, whether you want to admit it or not! And guess what? I'll nurse any other child I may have in the future and there's NOTHING you can do about it!

Joking aside what really grinds my gears is people who ask to come over to your house than when you say no, then they come over and knock on the door continually. (Something that happened today)

I'll tell you what grinds my gears. A lot of game companies that put out their games after promising they'll be great and full of all this content, but when they release it, it was released too early so it's roughly 1/3 of the game they promised, and then they release the content over Xbox live or the PSN. But what REALLY grinds my gears is that after doing this, they make you BUY the DLC!! So you now pay 60$ for the game and then another $5 or $6 for each addon for the game.

I think I remember Tom discussing this during a podcast, but it really grinds my gears!

Lawns, why do people mow them, or rather, make ME mow them. It's fucking grass, it grows, why do we need to chop it down every week? If we're gonna do that why don't we cut down every tree in our yard while we're at it. Lawns do nothing but eat up time and burn up gas so they can be cut. Why not do this, take all your gas, pour it on your lawn, and light it on fire, cut out the fucking middle-man. That way it will NEVER grow again, and what's the point of having a grass if you gotta cut it every fucking week.

Fuck lawns.

Fuck the outdoors, if I cared for the outdoors I'd go outside sometimes. So what if it looks pretty, I'm not here to win a "best grass award" or anything. I say people need to quit giving a shit about lawns because they require to much maintenance to have and all they do is drain your money, time, and energy. I'm sure with all the money my house has blown on gas for the lawn mower I'd be driving a much nicer car than I am now

Sorry, Well another thing that grinds my gears is the postman who just stuffs the mail in the letterbox, we can't subscribe to PC Powerplay because we can't risk him just scrunching the magazine in and breaking the CD that comes with it.

People calling anything that extends content for a game "DLC". Here's the deal, that fucking term is totally ambiguous. Remember when this shit was called a "patch", or "expansion pack" due to the TYPE of downloadable content?

I get that "DLC" is a short nice moniker, but it's absolutely RIDICULOUS that EVERYTHING downloadable is labeled "DLC". It's gotten to the point that people have actually appropriated the word to only mean "expansion pack" that you happen to download. Which is even worse than the original ambiguous-fuck-term, because, now actual DLC, like some small addition (like a patch) is now confused with a full fucking expansion for a game. Of course, then, people get confused and are pissed at "DLC" that eventually comes out because it's not what they thought.

I fucking hate buzzwords in gaming. "DLC" is starting to piss me off as much as "casual vs. hardcore" bullshit.
