So I decided to wander around the internet's "Doug" impressions after the Npostalgia critic's review of "Doug's 1st Movie" His recollection of how bland and boring the show was pretty much my impression of the show.

So I check imdb 8.3 out of 10. People who are fans of the show online? This show had fans? I only remember this show as a placeholder to suffer through because CN wasn't in our area yet, and it was the only cartoon on for some reason when all the TV had on were sports shows and shit I didn't want to watch. This probably is why I became more of a fan of Video Games than TV and movies.

Anyway, I decided to plug in the search term "Doug Sucked" into google. Scroll down, and then THIS text in the preview:

"Doug sucked harder and faster now, feeling Jerry's ass muscles tighten, tenderly fingering Jerry's balls. Jerry's hips strained upward and his big hands"

----I love the internet so much sometimes, never ending source of comedy and such.

I'm confused. Are we talking about this Doug? If we are, then we got an issue. This show was awesome when it was on nickelodeon. It then moved to ABC I think and was terrible, but I got nothing but fond memories of the original show.

Seriously? This bland, boring show got this much love? That show was "nails on a chalkboard" bad. Every character made me want to punch my TV, and it was the only cartoon on during it's timeslot, so I either switched to documentaries or shut off the TV for half an hour.

It was before I was able to bring my video games back to my mom's house...and.

Wow, I REMEMBER that shit now. All I had were 3-4 games at my mom's house(gameboy), and all my systems were at dad's place. That was so weird. That's why it took me a year to beat Legend of Zelda: Link to the past. Two weekends a month, sometimes going to a farm instead of playing games, dad's weird car weekend errands for those hunks of junk he never really got around to repairing.

There was like 3 weeks spread over the course of 10 months...wiggy.
