*For the love of god I hope someone sees this new post and can help*

Okay, so I download the rom and I download the patch. One major problem though. I can't open the patch program...thingy. I try to open it but nothing comes up. :cry:

Does this thing only work with XP and above or what?

If I can't get this to work, is there an alternative? Like a rom with the patch already on it or something like that?

Managed to find an already patched rom (finally). Not too far into the game but I'm already really enjoying it.

Out of curiosity, what sort of graphical upgrades/downgrades are there between 2 and 3? For me, it seems like they are entirely the same.
