superman 64 hands down, one of my all time favorite movies... but I can say the same about pretty much any John Carpenter movie

My vote goes to Indomitus. It's well animated and I can't deny the greatness of the Duke.

whoo critique time! a couple of sigs caught my eye this week.

Superman64 - I like your distinct style, the pink in contrast with the grayish monotone seems a bit off for my taste, but you're sigs are always awesome.

mscupcakes - I lol'd when I saw this, the changing color effect was awesome.

otakudad - the concept was coo' but the font was horrible. especially how "horatio" turned out.

AKADave - i love how unorthodox your sig looks the circular thing is neat, but the color scheme-It looks bland..reddishly bland.

nosebleed - yeah its ambitious and it turned out great...awesome job this week.

and for my vote this week:

Indomitus - the sync of the gunfire and your username appearing is perfect! and the mushroom cloud was a great effect I love being so attentive to detail. great job

This week is much better, different designs, interesting subject, and good stuff overall. I think now that everyone is in the swing of things the signatures came out a lot better. Can't wait for next week's now.

Superman64: Great idea. Excellent execution, I didn't even notice the aliens in the bubbles until my second look. Your style definitely stands out but you have an obsession with large strokes. I think if this design didn't have a stroke I would've been really into it but it just seems out of place also the font on the list is not my favorite, while it is "bubbly" I think I would've liked to have seen a script font rather than a decorative.

mscupcakes: Great stuff here, much better than last week. My only gripe is your signatures are always enormous. Just because it can be 250 x 535 (when did the width change by the way) doesn't mean they always should.

xXOtakuDudeMeisterManGuyDadXx: I almost went the same route but opted not to when I realized how bad ass a Terminator signature would be. Should have done a lot more with it rather than putting text over the picture. The font is cool and could be used in a future signature but for this is came out awful. The color choice and placement make it almost impossible to read. Try doing more.

AKADave: Ellipsesignaturesforthemotherfuckin'win! Seriously nice work with this. While nomad didn't dig the red color I like it a lot. Good texture in the back, sweet font (btw what font is that?), great render!

nosebleed (yea it's lowercase bitches): Damn your rad but damn was that picture must have been hard to edit. Black leather on a black background, whew tough breaks! Nice animation what is that 40+ frames? Anyways some white pixels showing and the render seems stale should've tried a background.

BoboTheMonkey: I got a chuckle out of this but other than that... meh. Much more could've been done, glasses do look funny though.

nomad: Sweet Illustrator work. I'm not much of a Pokemon fan so I really don't particularly care for the subject matter but it is an excellent design. I think I would have chosen a different font.

Indomitus: Well goddamn! This signature would make your mother proud. Great animation but your text seems like a last moment idea. I think a lot more could've been done with the text. Would've liked it more if it was just a little wider.

GamerChris: I don't get it. Too bland.

My vote goes to AKADave. He did something different, made a bold movee this week and it came out well. Elliptical signatures, who fuckin' knew?
