Maybe people just havn't noticed the thread since it's up in the announcments section wich probably goes unread by most (just an assumption, I really have no basis for that).
Perhaps a regular topic in some section that directs people to this thread will help? That or people just don't care enough to nominate someone? I dunno.

Maybe Tom or Liz could put this up on the front page for more people to see, because i overlook the announcements section most of the time.

Hey, how often do you actually make a post that's worth reading? Shit, if you're going to do something, at least make it worthwhile and funny and not something only a 4 year old would find funny.

I'm nominating Phil because no matter what game we've played on 360 or XBLA, the dude knows his stuff and will help you get every item/weapon/achievement that you don't have. He will literally walk you through and point out what you don't have or set up a scenario to help you get that achievement.
