Here's a suggestion, Panic: Kamikaze Ninja Squirrel.

Ok, I have an idea for character design. In a creative writing experiment thing I've been fooling around with, there is this race of demon that overtakes a human host and then reproduces into a copy of the demon that then goes out seeking another human host. Anyway, what I'd like to see your take on the possessed form.

The human body is completely changed, growing a thick, cancerous, black hide covered in dark mucus. the entire body splits down to the base of the spine, vertebrae and ribs becoming prehensile fangs. internal organs fall out and the cavities scar over. During all this, the host's head deforms, while still keeping a relatively human shape, into a 4 part beak-like appendage that is pulled down to the interior of the body cavity at the base of the spine, housing a long, thin, barbed tongue. The fingers and toes become more claw-like and elongate and they run on all fours, dripping an opaque black gas that sticks like glue to the ground and anything that touches it.

Think you can pull it off?

But I'll be starting with Mayo's Kamikaze Ninja Squirrel. One question though, how large is the beak thing (covering the entire face or just the mouth area) and does it still have it's original eyes, no eyes at all or are they different somehow?

I might have time to start on the Squirrel once I get home later today. Unfortunately my daily drawings might have to yet again take a back seat to everything else.

I always envisioned the eyes falling out with the other organs, as well as the cranium splitting open in four ways, so the top of the skull is the beak, really.
Pretty fucked up, but I'm sure it can be even more-so with a little ore imagination.

I think I know how Im gonna aproach it. Just one more question. Does it still wear pants or have they dissolved or been ripped apart somehow?

Does a demonic abomination need pants? I'd imagine that I guess they'd stay on, but they'd be tattered if it's an older possession. They travel in huge packs through the woods, so imagine what would happen to clothes on someone moving quickly through thick brambles and such for days on end.
