OK, yeah, these are movies I like that people tend to hate

Daredevil - OK, Its not Batman, but I still really dug it! I know Ben Affleck was a bit wooden, I know the plot had some holes, but I really liked everything else! I love the gothic feel, I love the action, I love Colin Farrel as Bullseye and I LOOOOOOVE MCD as Kingpin.......The music is awesome, Garner is pretty good.............I honestly dont get all the hate. I mean, a reboot? a do over? Why???? This is a fun, dark ride!

Holes - Often dismissed as a kids film, this is a really solid, quite heavy movie! Holes is a tale of a young man sent to a correctional camp for a crime he didn't commit. The camp holds a dark secret, spoilers, 100 years ago, Miss Katherine, an innocent, sweet, school teacher hired Sam, a black man, to repair her facility. The two fell in love and were caught kissing, an interracial couple, in Texas, in the 1800s. Sam is killed for breaking Jim Crow laws and Katherine shoots the town sheriff point blank, starting her career as an outlaw, she finds treasure, buries it, and kills herself, leaving a dry spell curse on the area..............all in a PG Disney movie!!!!!!!

Disturbia - Yes, two Shia movies, not a plan I promise! Often regarded as PG-13 teen horror trash, this is a very good suspense about the secrets that lie behind closed doors. A young man is under house arrest, and all his entertainment, his XBOX, his internet, etc is removed as punishment. To keep sane, he passes the hours sppying on his neighbors. He learns about affairs and scandals galore, but he then sees a man commit murder, and the man sees him.

Transformers 2 - hahahaha gotcha!!

Space Jam - DANG IT DOUG!!!!:) I was so mad when I saw this pop up as a NC review, this is a fun, fun movie from my childhood! You got The Looney Toons, Michael Jordan, that awesome theme song, good humor, a great blend of animation and real life.......and Doug focuses on Bunny Boobies? Cmon man! Its so fun when you're 8!!!!!! A classic!!!!!!!! Nah, I can't hate you Doug, you beautiful man!............er, wait

Ghost - While Ghost was a huge success, it kind of went under the radar over 21 years. This is such an amazing film! It's so many things in one! A Drama/Thriller/Mystery/Romance/Adventure/Horror/Comedy. It really deals well with the meaning of true love, even after death. It starts out more chick-flick ish but becomes a murder mystery, it has a heart to it, you really feel the emotions and why things are done, Demi Moore's grief, Patrick Swayse's determination to get justice on his killer, and Whoopi Goldberg trying to cope with her new found powers. This is such a perfect package of every emotion.

Mmm, yeah Space Jam is a guilty pleasure.

But it's incredibly bad. It's more of a lame-like bad.

Except for the terrible pacing, all the scenes are too dark to see anything, Ben Affleck was laughably bad, the mystery story is poorly told and was badly transitioned to film, the costume is incredibly stupid, and so on, and so on. Too date, it's the only film I have ever seen where I fell asleep part way through watching.

They're just like the 80s cartoon: Mindless fun

Liked the movies, but I'm a hard Transformers geek.
