So a bunch of badasses have worked for ten years to create a new Wing Commander game. It's 100% free, looks amazing, and coincides with the time line of Wing Commander 3.

I highly, HIGHLY suggest checking it out if you are a fan on Wing Commander.

Yeah man, you really need to. I have gotten an hour in and I'm really impressed. It uses the Freespace 2 engine but pretty modified, yet 100% kick ass. It's really fun and really old school. Totally worth the 0$ cost.

If I'm going to play this game I'm going to need a flightstick. I played all the Wing Commander games with an awesome flightstick back in the day and I don't know if I could ever play them any other way.
