That was SO much easier than 1000/1000 in the first Assassin's Creed. Feathers > Flags

Jesus, you're telling me! I actually enjoyed Assassin's Creed 2 so much I bought it again on PS3 and am going for the platinum trophy for it. Very few games can I say I actually enjoy going for 100% completion more than once in this gen, but this and Arkham Asylum are two I really enjoy collecting/completing everything in.

I can rarely bring myself to work on non-single player/story achievements. Like, challenge maps and rooms and shit usually aren't my thing, 'cuz, y'know, they're challenging and aggravating. They always feel more like a grind to me. Especially multiplayer stuff.

I found the combat/stealth elements in Arkham Asylum a perfect blend of awesome so I just destroyed the challenge rooms. I know they're not for every gamer out there but to me they were extremely addicting especially trying to stay number one on the leaderboards. It's been well over a year since I checked the xbox leaderboards and have since moved to the PS3 version so I don't even know where I'm at but I was at one point in first place on every room on my friends list and was in the top 800 live players on some maps.

Also, I'm not much of a multiplayer guy either. Only a few games I actually play online so I look for something with a very solid single player and both Arkham and ACII had them and the challenge rooms I thought were more of an extention of the single player experience.

Out of the 70 or so odd games that have gone into this 360, these are the few that I have gotten even half of the full achievements for:

Spidey: Web of Shadows 30/45 (625)
Wanted: Weapons of Fate 27/50 (355)
Batman: Arkham Asylum 25/47 (525)
WET 23/43 (425)
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 30/58 (490)
Fallout 3 53/72 (1130) [This would be a higher number but two of my playthroughs were on other people's systems, before I finally bought my own]
Borderlands 52/70 (1105)
Dragon Age: Origins 48/72 (1105)
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions 31/42 (570)
Assassin's Creed 2 34/50 (670)

Now that I know how close I am in Spidey SD I think that's going up on my 'things to play' list, if only to be able to say that I've beaten a game 100%.

That was the hardest thing ever in all of the Call of Duty's I've played. Mind, I didn't play through the Spec-Ops missions in MW2, because that game sucked too much. In fact, I only play Call Of Duty now when I'm over at a mates for a few cans (DUDEBRO ALERT!) and that's like the only thing they play.

Anyway, the only games I've maxed out achievement-wise is the following:

Puzzle Quest 1 (200/200) I haven't gotten the DLC though, which the name of escapes me, that adds like another 50GS, but I still count it as maxed out. Amazing game by the way, back in the day when XBLA was kind of dry for truly awesome games worth buying.

Bully: Scholarship Edition (1000/1000) Its a pain in the ass trying to find out what exactly counted towards getting '100%' in that game. Buying 200 sodas? Really? It would have really benefited from having like a 'checklist' sort of system instead of me having to go on the internet, which I hate doing for games in general to find secret stuff.

Tekken 6 (1000/1000) It wasn't that hard, it just involved stuff I do for every Tekken game I got. Play through every characters to see the (awesome) CG cutscenes. Helped that you only had like 4 fights to beat a characters story. The main adventure mode sucks by the way, but obviously didn't buy it for that. (RPG Equipment and Stats? In my Tekken?)

Sam and Max: Hit the Road Season 1 (200/200) Pretty much you just had to play through all six episodes. Plus get a few easter eggs here and there which were easy to find and fun!

Alien Hominid (200/200) I played the hell out of this game. Plays like Metal Slug only like 50% as fast. So proud I beat insane mode on this. One of my proudest gaming achievements.

Doritoes Crash Course (200/200) I got it free JUST like everyone else! It's a fun game for like...half an hour...then you beat it, delete it, and never look back

Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Burning Earth (1000/1000) Believe it or not, I bought this game because I kinda watched Avatar way back when. We get little to no anime's over in Ireland/UK so it seemed like an alright alternative. Game sucked, obviously, hell pretty much every 360 player has played it.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (1000/1000) As deep as my hatred goes for Call of Duty games go now, I gotta admit, this game kicked all kinds of ass back then. This and Gears of War 2 are my favorite Xbox Live memories.

But to be honest, I don't bother with achievements anymore. There are probably like 20 games that I have one achievement left in and would take me less than 15 minutes to go in get the last one, but it just seems so childish and banal now, I'd rather dedicate my time to more productive things. They're still fun though to get in the games I'm playing at the moment.

Just got my 1000/1000 in Alone in the Dark. Now to put it back in it's limited edition box to sit pretty on my shelf, never to be opened again. :nomnom:

Took me less than an hour, that was an annoying achievement...

I just got 950/1000 for Tetris Evolution in a few hours...Can't get the last 2 because of having to do them online...

I have realised how futile it is for me to get 1000/1000 in fighting games like Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Street Fighter IV, because I may be good at them...But I'm not *that* good...:P

Just got my last achievement in Comic Jumper for firing 125,000 bullets, it took almost 2 hours after completing the game to get it... In hindsight I guess it would've been easier to use the rubber band method. :serious?:

Got 200/200 on Comic Jumper I really liked the game. Going back to do the challenges some of them are tough as balls.

I think they really need to explain to Backbone and everyone else involved in emulating Sonic 3 and Sonic Knuckles the concept of "Achievements."

Sonic 3 200/200
S+K 200/200

In like, a matter of minutes. Kinda sad, really.

I can give you a new list to replace some of the shittier ones from Sonic 3:

1. Get a Blue gumball: should be "get perfect" scores in all seven bonus levels."
2. 20,000 points: should be "Beat a stage without collecting a ring"
3. 40,000 points : should be "Beat every boss with no rings or shields"
4. 80,000 points : should be "Get every type of item from the item boxes"
5. Get 50 rings: should be "get 500 rings"
6. Beat Hydrocity should be "Get all Bonus Rings in hydrocity"
7. Beat Marble Garden: Only go super sonic for under 3 seconds total
8. Beat Ice cap zone: should be "Max out score"
9. Get a Chaos emerald: should be "Get 100 coins with coin boxes" (Yes, IT IS POSSIBLE)
10: Wet feet: should be "Nearly drown 5 times"
11: Get all 7 emeralds should be "Get all 7 emeralds before Marble Garden"
12: Beat the game: should OBVIOUSLY a Speed run...I mean it's fucking SONIC

Names for them?

1. Perfect Bonus
2. Bachelor
3. Birthday Suit
4. Open you presents!
5. Getting a D isn't that bad.
6. Hydro Thunder
7. Don't break the Seal...again.
8. Whole Hog
9. CRT
10. Last gasp.
11. You can really Move!
12. THE FASTEST THING ALIVE!

Though these challenges would require effort. (yes, #9 is possible ...no lock on needed...I'm serious.)

Got 1000 in LA Noire. Don't have all the DLC achievements and frankly... I don't think I have the patience anymore to do them.
