In this thread, i'd like you people to write a little something something about what games you are looking forward to the most.

Announced games, rumoured games or just something you'd like to see on your 360.

Personlly, i'm looking forward to Mass Effect 2 the most.

The first game is just so god damn amazing, and god knows how many playthroughs i've had so far :) Sublime story, great voice acting and the fact that its a sci-fi game makes this a certain winner for me.

I'm also looking forward to Fable 2, which i am sure i will be playing from release to Mass Effect 2 release sometime in 2009 :)

I've said this a thousand times before, I'm majorly pumped for Left 4 Dead. I love co-op games, they're a great way for me to stay in touch with some of my college buddies. But an online survival-horrar co-op game... with "zombies" made by Valve.... You know it's going to be great!!

Other games I'm excited for are Fallout 3 and Fable 2.

I loved Fallout 1. I borrowed it one summer from a neighbour and I played the shit out of it. I didn't have much time for Fallout 2 so I didn't get into it or finish it, but I will soon. Fallout 3 just looks amazing and it will be high on my xmas list (only going to be buying Left 4 Dead as I need to save for xmas and for the GIANT HDTV I want).

Fable 2 is a game both my girlfriend and I are looking forward to. In a strange twist it was my girlfriend that got me into the first one.... and I love it! The co-op aspect sounds great, as my girlfriend and I have been looking for a co-op game that we could both enjoy (she's not a FPS fan and there's only so much Lego Star Wars or GH you can play). It will be a great xas gift too!

Hmm.. what do I want to see? Lost Odyssey 2.

But for things that's actually gonna happen, I'd have to say Fable 2 and Mass Effect 2. I have great expectations for these two sequels, hope they don't let me down.

Gears of War 2 because the first one was my first 360 game and I really liked it, there giving the game improvements and there is more blood and gore than in the first.

Fallout three since it does look promising with the story changing with your decisions and how you can target a specific body part looks pretty sweet.

Castle Crashers since yeah, you can probably tell why I don't have it yet.

Megaman 9 - Is there really anything that needs to be said?
Star Ocean 4: The Last Hope - I hope it's a huge upgrade from Star Ocean 3.
Splatterhouse - I think this will even be more violent than Ninja Gaiden II
Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts - Please, Please, PLEASE don't ruin this, Rare. I've waited 8 years for this.
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - At first I thought, "Meh". I haven't really been interested in Star Wars games since the SNES titles. But after playing the demo. I eagerly await playing the full game.

It's mostly just RPG's/Platformers for me. I'm not really big on shooters.

Fallout 3. I never played any of the fallout games before, this was the first one that got my attention. Mass Effect is also eagerly anticipated. I loved the first one. Maybe we'll see some more DLC for Mass Effect before number 2.

Fallout 3. I preordered the Limited Edition box with all the goodies, so I'm excited. And Fable 2, but I still think the game would be a lot better without the dog. Just another thing wanting your attention and distracting you from the game... Like fucking Roman in GTA4.

Left 4 Dead is going to be an amazing multiplayer game, Valve delivered in spades with Team Fortress 2, it's really where they shine (Minus lag problems on the 360). Probably one of the most uncreative creative ideas in awhile, meaning zombies have been around forever in games, but for some reason no one has created something like this yet. Great idea and it looks great.

Batman: Arkam Asylum, I just saw this in Game Informer and I've been waiting for a good Batman game that's not accompanied by a film, I hope this is it.

James Bond 007: Quantom of Solace, Hoping they can produce something similar to Goldeneyes multiplayer, even though QoS is a third person shooter. I love the new direction of the films, I have high hopes for this.

Gears of War 2 and beyond, I can't get enough of the 1st one, although I suck online, the single player campaign was just mind blowing. It's supposed to be a trilogy, so I'm extremely excited to see where 2 goes and even more curious about the conclusion in the third (prequel?).

House of the Dead: Overkill, I wonder about how or if they will do the grindhouse style as the trailer suggests, designing it all grainy and scratched similar to Planet Terror/Death Proof was would be really cool. Plus I am a light gun whore and there hasn't been a whole lot for light gun fans to be excited about since the height of the arcade days.

There's so much I'm looking forward to for the rest of this year and the beginning of next year, gaming is looking to be doing ok, although there really isn't a ton of new IPs, the sequels coming out and few IPs there are are looking good.

Edit: I'd like to add Dark Void to my looking forward to list. Jetpacks and laser guns = awesome.Plus the art style is just amazing, a rocketeer/ steampunk type of thing going on there. Capcom may have another hit IP on their hands, similar to Lost Planet, which was awesome as well.

Rock Band 2 - since January when we got the first Rock Band, we held regular get togethers and played the hell out of this. New DLC has kept this fresh and we are still having just as much fun with this 8 months later. How many games can you say that about?

Fallout 3 - Been waiting for another good RPG to sink some time into. I really dig all the post nuclear setting more than the medievel stuff. Plus you have love the lunchbox and other goodies.

Gears 2 - loved the campaign, loved the co-op, loved the multiplayer and this one looks to top it. First one was pretty much the only game I played on 360 for like 6 months.

LotR Conquest - The Battlefront games were a blast and I can't wait to jump into multiplayer and start some wars
