I have to Reinstall all my ps3 games because my PlayStation Rebooted itself, and it will not recognize my saved data.

if it can not be used on said account, just change the account on the profile to the one you used to make them. thats probably why but

if it cant be seen period, reinstalling might not fix it. if you wanna do it, then yes you can, but only with disc-based games. you must be connected to the PSN for all downloaded titles if you want to reinstall because you need to re-download them
