How do i play NTSC games on PAL NES and SNES consoles?

My brother is now in Austin, and he has bought me some NTSC games from the video game store "Game Over Video Games"
I only have PAL consoles, and I need a way to play these NTSC games without having to buy an NTSC console. Any suggestions?

for nes cut pin #4 on the regional lockout chip* http://home.freeuk.com/markk/Consoles/NES_Lockout.txt more info on it
for snes http://www.gamesx.com/importmod/snes5060.htm + http://www.gamesx.com/importmod/sneslockout.htm
*note: when pin #4 is cut on the lockout chip some NSTC games may run a little slow.

I did the pin thing on an old NES. Worked like a charm.
