Mine would have to be Wario Land Shake it!, what an amazing game, especially if you're aiming to get 100%(which i finally got, one of the most challenging 2D experiences ever....Mega Man 9 is a cake walk in comparison...Seriously, in order to get 100% in this game you've got to have mad skills) And seriously, we really need more titles like this. It's just crazy that it bombed and not alot of people baught it... Yet instead crappier titles like Wii Play continue to sell like mad along with the 'OK' Mario Kart Wii.

Besides that, I still need to get around to play MadWorld, House of the Dead: Overkill and Deadly Creatures. But i'll most likely skip the 3 for now and buy Excitebots when it hits this Month.

None, i don't play Wii anymore. The console has become something like a trophy...an item of my collection, but not really an electronic entertainment device anymore.

At the moment, Animal Crossing: City folk.
I've never played any of the other AC, so it's pretty much a new experience for me.

I can really relate to this quote. I am a Nintendo enthusiast from the original days. I am glad that I have it, but until the next Metroid or Zelda title comes out, I probably won't fire it up until I have some nostalgia for playing Prime or Twilight Princess. Love the system though.....Gears of War has taken over for me.

In my opinion, the best game for the Wii is easily Super Mario Galaxy. I just played SSBB with my friends after a four-five month or so hiatus, and apparently my skills have waned, but I at least won a chunk of matches anyway.

EDITED FOR AN ATROCIOUS ERROR.

I am currently playing Super Mario Galaxy. I'm trying to get all 120 stars, which is something I haven't done for this game yet... it seems like every time I start a new game I end up buying a new one - and it makes a continuous cycle of starting new games. But since I haven't been in America for a while (I'm currently living in Germany), it has forced me to play the Wii (which is the only system I have brought with me). Great system though, I still have a lot of faith in Nintendo.

Ya Galaxy was fantastic, everything about it was top notch and I especially loved some of the unique controlls like when you used the Bubble Blower to blow Mario around, or Where you control yourself on top of a rolling ball, or even just flining Mario around on Webs ect. and my favorite Boss Fight probably would of had been Bouldergeist, i loved twirling the bombs around with the Wii Remote and flinging them back at the boss, that was some fun jive' :rabbid: But ya, the only thing i kind of disliked about Galaxy was that the controls were slower and the game was less based on exploration compare to Mario 64. I mean i loved the Fast, zipity and acrobatic controls of Super Mario 64 which arent the same in galaxy.

Anyways, Who's picking up Excitebots? i'm pretty stoked for it....seeing as i missed out on Excite Truck, i don't see the point in playing as Excitebots is apperantly alot better

Got stuck in Mad World, but still going at it.

Also playing New Control Pikmin, as I never beat it on the Gamecube.

I loved Bouldergeist. :) And I know what you mean about the controls... but I just thought that maybe it was just because the camera views are much different. Maybe? Who knows? Haha.

As for Excitebots, I don't know a whole lot about it. I didn't even play Excitetruck... is that one any good?

Apperantly alot of people love Excitre Truck, they say it's definitly one of the most underrated games on the Wii. I never got around to play it, and i was going to be buy it. But not anymore seeing as ExciteBots is coming out this Month. Also, IGN is saying Excitebots is pretty damn awesome and videos of the game look like alot of fun, and to play as a frog vehicle, bat, ladybug ect looks trippy awesome and is definitly different which i love...They'll probably nail it in the high 8's. I'm buying it on day one.

Best game on the Wii is and will always be NO MORE HEROES! Sure it gets repetitive but the fact that it's a parody of grinding in video games today just makes it a bundle of laughs for me.

The writing, the style, the attitude... Nothing can beat No more heroes on the Wii.

I bought No More Heroes, but I haven't started it. In fact, I may have lost it. I have no idea where it is.

Still havent played it, but i'd definitly pick it up for Cheap. Apperantly though the Open World gameplay blows, but the actual gameplay where you're fighting, and the boss fights are great...Elebits is another one i need to check out, its looks pretty fun yet repetitive, is it worth checking out?

It's a fun game. Things get nice and crazy when your beam is strong enough to launch houses. It's worth the $13 USD or whatever it is at now.

No More Heroes open world bit is very lacking ... but it's not a deal breaker, and if the game was just 100% crazy battles it'd get even more monotonous. It's not a game you can play for many play sessions in a row. It's definitely a game you need a break game with, you know, something to offset it. Assassin's Creed would not be that recommended offset game <_<

I'm not really playing any Wii games at the moment. I'm concentrating on some other junk I never got around to. This isn't to say I don't have a stack of Wii games to beat, though. I have many to play.

Definitely NOT Wario Land: Shake it!, as that was probably the biggest waste of $30 I've experienced in years. It just wasn't fun like the GB Wario Land games. There were NO helmet power-ups or anything of that sort. It was gimmicky and lame, and I hated it. The only upside to it were the pretty graphics. Oh, did I mention it was also really SHORT?

A Wii game I actually DID like would me Super Mario Galaxy, which led me to play Super Luigi Galaxy. Great platforming, graphics, etc. A few challenges like the purple coins on one of the last stages (the one with the moving platforms that shifted you from right side up to sideways to upside down, etc.) were almost unfairly difficult. Overall, the game was well worth the $50 I spent on it. It was fun, long, and had excellent replay value. One thing I wish they could've put into it was Yoshi.

In related news, I just got off the phone with the big N... apparently they aren't replacing faulty Fire Emblem discs any more. Curse me and my crummy wait-and-see attitude.

Short? you obviously just blazed through the levels withought trying to do the objectives. I bet you couldn't beat the game aiming for 100%, it's so difficult and makes the game ALOT Longer....and its the only way to play it, it makes the game so much more fun. If you dont, then it takes away so much of the experience. this game was amazing, one of the finest and most clever SideScroller games i've ever played and i've played a ton. There are so many good things about this game. As far as the controls, they werent gimmicky at all, they were great and beat out traditional controls and added alot to the game. Also the music was fantastic, some memorable tracks and there, while some are duds. And really, in ways i had much more fun with this one compared to Galaxy at times. This at least offered a far greater challenge(again when doing the obectives)....I'd really love to see another 2D Wario Wii game, but it sold poorly....stupid people.

And Honestly, nobody can fully judge Wario Land Shake it unless you've gotten 100% or close to it at least. I remember some other person several months back making his own thread on this site about this game because he was simply amazed by it, and so am I. This, Mega Man 9 and Braid were amazing SideScrollers. Yet Wario Land Shake it! has got to of been the hardest SideScroller I've ever played in years(completing all of the Objectives of course). Really though, it's such an underrated brilliant game.

Awesome, I'll definitly pick it Elebits if I ever see it, if not there's always eBay. As for No More Heroes, i'm still mixed on it, and NMH 2 is coming out this year....but eh, if i see it used for cheap i'll probably grab it. And then there's Zack & Wiki, definitly need to get that one. have you played it?
