All the copies of 'All Stars' in our village were burned at the steak.
4 Games in one? Hah, nice try Satan.

Seriously though Mario Allstars was just perfect, Super Mario Bros, The REAL Super Mario Bros 2, The LAME but still fun Super Mario Bros 2 and The Almighty Super Mario Bros 3... Awesomecakes.

The king of all compilations upon release for sure. While I already have Super Mario World and All-Stars separately, I'd like to see the "corrected" Luigi in the All-Stars+World cart.

While we're on the subject of 2D Mario, I picked up New Super Mario Bros. along with a DS earlier today. Despite being a little too much on the easy side, it's my platforming dream come true. A nice tight mix of classic Mario gameplay and elements of his 3D incarnations can't go far wrong. I hope it's not too much to ask Nintendo for some more of this!

If only we got more games like this and less of Brain Training shite. Yes I don't like Brain Training, shoot me !

Actually, that's a little bit of a mixed bag. The All-Stars version of Super Mario World has one of the weirdest renditions of Luigi ever. He slides down hills on his knees, and he bonks blocks with his head instead of his fist. Plus, he's actually shorter than he should be.

Still, it's better than a sprite-swap from the original version.

I found my nes today while I was cleaning out the basement.(I was told mom threw it out years ago)

I started playing Super Mario Bros and it froze after the first castle. I need to order me a 72 pin connector.

Those replacement connectors are like magic. Whoever thought of making replacement parts for the NES is going to have a steady stream of money for years.

Super Mario 3 was good, but Mario 64 is very good as well. My favorite is either Super Mario World or Mario 64. I haven't gotten a chance to play much of Galaxy yet though.

I'm going to invest in a modded NES soon with has one of those replacement connectors in, along with removing the lockout so I can play US games too. Very soon I'll be able to play Mario Bros. 3 as it was intended. :want:
