how much ammo do you need to be able to fire the nuke? I cant even get it to fire, do you need 100 ammo or is it less?

also, I started playing a vanguard, got about 4 hours into my second play through and wasnt really diggin it, the charge ability is awesome as hell, but very impractical, it seems like every time I use it I get shot down in a blaze of glory unless theres just 1 guy around, so now I made a sentinel and so far I am loving it, not as much as soldier, but still awesome.

:zombie:

100% Charge on the Cain.

YA vanguards arent the greatest. Soldier is awesome with adrenaline headshot sniper shit. Then finish them off with a hand cannon or battle rifle.

This was my team and character class. However I used Wrex and Ashley on Virmire for plot reasons. :D

Also, it took me FIFTY hours to beat Mass Effect. Then again, I did all the DLC, got every single piece of everything, etc. Read all the Codex and such. I was pretty hardcore about it.

Also, it looks like ME2 has a way better Auto-Save system.

IT does not! I cant count the number of times, I've died on insanity, and been put back a few autosaves because of the fucker. I died on Purgatory and then got autosaved back to motherfucking Arcangels basement!

Well, in the intro it just seemed to be saving quite frequently is all I'm saying. I think it's hard to rightfully depend on an Auto Save feature. I don't know of many that are good at it. A lot of games out there LOVE to Auto Save right after you pick up an item or open a treasure chest or something. But those games autosave and you're STILL playing. Mass Effect sort of pauses your game to save all that data during the Auto Save, so I can see why it wouldn't do it after every single thing.

What? I never notices when it auto saves. And I'm pretty sure it saves pretty often for me, usually right before almost any fight or after talking to someone about something. It seems like that anyways. That or the game just conveniently saves right before a fight it knows I'm going to die at.

Really, unlike Mass Effect 1 where I quick saved every time so I don't have to replay something all over again to get back up to a certain point, I usually quick save before I do something big in case I accidentally do something wrong.

Also, I like that you can restart missions. It's pretty coo'.

I hope your autosave does it to you on insanity too. Then you will be like OH SHIT he was right. Then you have to restart a mission over, because it wont let you save in the middle of the fucking thing.

Does insanity add a lot more enemies or something? Because I can see auto save not working if you have basically fight one group after another. You can't save/quick save in combat after all.

you would think it would just add more enemies to each group, not give you some endless stream.

Slightly more enemies. Almost all enemies have Shields, Barriers, or Armor, or any combination of the three. They have upgraded weaponry, and they now attempt to flank and close the distance. Autosave sometimes fucks up and goes back 100 or so autosaves to a previous mission. For example, I was getting the convict, and I was suddenly warped back to Arcangels basement, which was the first mission I did after I could finally move around.

Well... manual save every now and then to be safe Axel.

As for all this difficulty business. Yeah, it's fucking NAZI about the waves of enemies it sends. I'm playing Veteran and it feels pretty lengthy, I originally thought it just made the enemies harder to kill, not buffed up the amount of enemies you face. Now every "enemy" area feels like a fucking Arena rather than an encounter with some baddies.

I do manual every time I can. However sometimes, you get through a huge group of enemies, and then it autosaves, and then immediantly goes into a bigger group. Sucks when it does that. >>

Also Free Dr.pepper Codes and how to get all items. This was on gamefaqs, not my idea.

http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessa ... c=53342273

Quote:
Been salivating over the Dr. Pepper codes but don't have the cash to buy your own bottles? Do you hate the drink and do not want to buy it just for free DLC? Do you live in the United Kingdom and aren't even eligible for this DLC? Well, I'm here to solve all your problems! Below are four Dr. Pepper codes and instructions on how to use them! All four codes are re-usable, which means that everyone on these forums can get in on this free DLC!

The codes are:
CBEEAAA41NWH
CBEEAAAE4L9N
CBEEAAAFQG9J
CBEEAAAE98ZV
You only need one to get all the DLC, however.

Now… INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Visit the Dr. Pepper website and sign three accounts up. You can put a fake email for all three, as the website doesn't verify the accounts. You will also input a fake city, state, and phone number as well. IMPORTANT! If you live outside the US, you can still get this DLC! Just put random numbers for the zip, a random city and state, and boom! No sweat! Put fake info in all three accounts.

2) Input the code.

3) It will say to click to pick your prize. Make sure that you have an EA and BioWare account, and that the two are linked together. I'm not going to go into detail on how to do this, however. Just Google it.

4) When you click on the Select Prize button, pick Mass Effect 2, and then whichever DLC you want. Be sure to pick a different one for all three accounts.

5) It will say that it has been redeemed, then link you to BioWare's website for final verification. Sign in there, and you'll see your new item sitting there waiting for you! I hope you guys enjoyed this guide, and I hope you get good use out of the DLC. Thanks for reading!
