So, Amazon is selling ME3 for 30$ for the whole day. and FFXIII-2 for 25$ for the next hour. With the discounts I got from buying so much stuff on there I practically picked up FFXIII-2 for 10$. not bad.

I always wanted to try that game...it just looks weird if a grown ass dude buys it for himself.

going on a bit of a roadtrip, looking to download an old school RPG from GOG.com to my laptop for something to kill time with .

I am torn, should i get bauldurs gate, bauldurs gate 2, icewind dale or Neverwinter nights.

ive not played any of these games yet but hear they are all amazing, at the moment I am leaning towards icewind dale or BG2 since i hear it is near the pinnacle of old school 2d PC RPGS.

advice?

I would say BG1/2 but since they are getting upgrades this summer and you haven't played them yet, I would hold out.

Well I wasn't really planning on buying a new game for awhile I got a coupon for 50% off any used game at Best Buy. No idea what the hell I should get though... Coupon's only good until next Thursday.

Get something you'd consider way on your back burner of future purchases.

I know he spent more than $2 on his copy so that had to burn seeing it in the wild for that cheap. He totally could have snatched it up and flipped it himself. So that was really awesome of him.

Yeah that's what I planning. Thinking either Dark Souls or Saints Row the Third.

Very VERY tempted to get it. Main reason I wasn't planning on getting it was because I've been sharing my PC with my girlfriend as her laptop's pooched. The result was me playing far less PC games so I didn't think it would be a good idea to spend money on Diablo yet as I wouldn't be able to give it the love it deserves. Well it looks like she's buying a new laptop either this or next week which means my PC will be 100% mine again. This means more PC games. Which means Diablo is possible... uh oh....

God if I get Diablo III I might work from home launch week too. With my work launching a new web app I need to go through all the content we have, resize it all, fix the audio tracks and reupload it to our server so it fits the new player. Very easy work, but VERY time consuming and VERY boring as I have hundreds of units that need to be reuploaded. Might as well spend my time playing Diablo too right?

Other thing is I've been very, very good at not buying new games so far this year as I've been working really hard to pay off my debts. Only game I've bought this year (I had ME3 preordered last year) was the Witcher 2 and even that was picked up through game trades. Now the OTHER problem is I was thinking of maybe getting Max Payne 3 which comes out the same day... First world problems my friend.

Ok, my buddy talked me into it. Getting Diablo 3 now. Good bye life for awhile... it was nice knowing you.

Oh and I used my half-off a used game coupon and got Goldeneye: Reloaded on PS3. Only game that interested me that was available online for instore pick up.
