great news after the last two peices of shits can not wait for this pretty sweet it takes place after the movie so its almost like getting a crazy double dose of spiderman!

We'll see.... After playing the crap that was Shattered Dimensions I'm pretty sick of Spiderman.

Well this new one will be free roam so I really will be looking forward to it!

So was Spiderman 2 on PC and that's a terrible game.

Who said anything about "good"? It is just the yearly spiderman game will be coming next year. Is that even news at this point?

BTW I thought Shattered Dimensions was pretty decent but the new one felt like a rush job.

If its anything like Spiderman 2 on consoles or Ultimate Spiderman then I'm excited. If it's like Spiderman 3 was... then disappointed. Look at this point spiderman games can go either way and Shattered Dimensions was great, while Edge of Time was mediocre at best, but we've seen with Spiderman 2 (except for the PC port, that was terrible) that open-world spiderman work best, and hopefully Beenox can pull it off. And a smart move to set it after events of the film, not in the middle of them since those are the worst of movie tie-ins

A lot of people say Shattered Dimensions was at least ok but I came across several game-crashing glitches and just thought the combat was repetitive and boring. After the last time the game crashed on me I had enough.

I forgot about Ultimate Spiderman. That game was the tits. I unfortunately never played Spiderman 2 on consoles but the PC version was god awful. No idea why they made it totally different than the console version.

I think it was a different developer or something like that, but believe me when I say that Spiderman 2 on consoles is the best game of the lot, Ultimate Spiderman being second to it, I would really hope that this new one gets as close to those two as possible

I never found any game crashing glitches with Shattered Dimension. It worked fine for me.

I heard Spider-Man 2 on the PC was miles worse than on the consoles. That said, I loved 2 and Ultimate, though I haven't bothered with anything past that. It'd be awesome if Treyarch was allowed to make another Spidey game, because they really nailed it last generation.
