Honesty - I lied to Hershel. His line of questioning was a little too on the nose for that early in the game. Doesn't seem to mater because by the end of the first ep most people know about your past anyways. This might come back to bite me later since previews indicate you are going out to farmlands again.
Who would you save? - I saved Duck. I figured there might be a way to save Duck and move the tractor. Hershel hates me now but I got Kenny loyal.
Loyalty - Sided with Kenny every chance. He seems like a good guy, has a family, and a boat so you have an escape plan down the road. To my surprise I was in the minority here. I guess it depends if you saved Duck or not, because in my story he was attacked outside the drug store and Larry and Lilly wanted to throw him to the wolves thinking he was bitten. Really burned my bridge with Larry (screw him) and Lilly but I did try to mend it a bit later.
Mercy - I gave Irene the gun. I was in the minority here. Why wouldn't you do this? She is just going to slowly turn and since you end up at the motel later I'm sure keeping her alive will come back to bite you. *pun*
Who would you save? - I saved Carley, she had the gun and knew how to handle herself. Doug seemed like a nice guy but I didn't get to know him or find he that useful. Maybe he would have been able to fix the power later?
Oh and during the escape when I made a break for the door I got punched out by Larry and Kenny came back to save me. Did that happen to anyone else?

I found it pretty cool that they show the percentage of people who made the same choices as you at the end of the game.
