Okay so i've seen a number of posts asking where we get our music and such

i checked these guys out and ended up buying their cd "leg vaccumm" - they are fantastic, kind of like a prog metal band playing nes music. its great.

and it was cheap as too.. i tihnk it was like $15 all up including shipping (and im from melbourne australia.. so thats cheap from the us!)

if you like their stuff in the background of the podcast you should definately get this album

Yeah I think the music that plays softly in the background of each podcast is the BEST. I absolutely love Arm Cannon now that GH has introduced me to their splendor.

You guys could use MegaDriver as a soundtrack someday. MegaDriver is a Brazilian heavy metal band devoted to videogame music. Yu can find their songs in the discography/mp3 section.

I'm buying the album right now!! :-D

BTW, they're AWESOME. Just downloaded those 3 songs on their page and they sound great. I am not afraid of any ghost!!!

The fact that you guys mentioned their Name over a thousand times on the Podcast, and a link to them on the main page, people were still asking who they are?

people don't pay attention and/or are a bunch of lazy arses. but what could we expected from a generation who mistakes "you're" with "your"? that is depressing.

I was first introduced to them in like March when I was browsing Tom's myspace and saw their version of the Ghostbusters theme. Now THAT is an awesome song.

My guess is through NSF files, which are the NES sound files and you can play them from an emulated NESsoundchip plugins (just look for an NSF plugin for winamp, I reccomend notsofatso). There are similar files for most other systems.

You can find NSFs here

With these files you can slow down the music, seperate channels and all sorts of fun stuff.
