Not going to lie, I worked at McD's for 4 years like... 8 years ago. Since then I think I've eaten there like 5 times (mostly on roadtrip pit stops). Not a big fast food guy. Where I work there are a ton of places to get really good fresh/unprocessed/cheap food so I have no need for that junk (not to mention I've really changed how/what eat since going back to the gym hardcore 5 months ago). But if I had to choose it would probably be their sausage and egg muffin. Their breakfast is pretty good when it's fresh.

Both actually. Burning off the bad weight (already lost 20 lbs since late January) and then bulking up (don't really need to get too huge. I already can lift pretty heavy weights for a person my size). Would like to try and lose another 10 lbs but I've already reached my goal weight. Trying to get into fire fighting so I joined a new/better gym to get myself motivated to get back into shape. Haven't looked back and feel great.

Nice! I'm trying to get all leaned up too, So I lay off simple carbs and start eating a bunch of complex carbs like brown rice and more veggies for filler and a lot of protein. I ate like a slob when I was working for AT&T so I need to trim down now. As for workouts I do mostly cardio and some decent weight lifting.

Do you take any supplements? or are you all natural? Cuz I'm taking animal cuts and it's helping me burn sooo much.

Only thing I take is protein shakes. What I do for eating is have a small meal every 4 or so hours. For example:

Wake up, I have a bowl of cerial.
Go to the gym, take a protein shake
Get to work, have a banana or some kind of fruit (around 9am) or a granola bar
Have lunch around 11:30 which is usually leftovers from the night before or sandwich with a fruit (usually an apple) and yogurt
Soon after I usually go for a walk on my break around downtown or the mall across the street (unless I'm doing weight lifting with a buddy at lunch). At least twice a week at lunch I get a half hour of cardio as there's a gym in the mall by my work.
Around 2:30-3pm I typically have a salad with a low-fat dressing.
Have dinner around 7pm
And I may or may not have another piece of fruit before bed. Depends if I'm hungry or not.

I find this has helped me so much in burning off my weight. Keeping active and your metabolism working helps burn the bad weight. I'm also finding doing both free weights as well as cardio is helping me a ton. If you're interested I can send you weight the program I'm doing. It's very intense you need a second person to spot for you. But the gains are amazing.

See I may have one or two shakes a workout day and that's it. Not a huge suppliment guy and I don't really need to look that huge. I'll send you my program, it's the workouts I did to prep for rugby season. Just make sure when you start a new section in the program (anotomical adaptation to hypertrophy to strength etc.) to take a day with your partner and test your one rep maxes for each station. I'll PM the program in a few min.
