Just talked to the guy who sells me my comicbooks and he told me that he needs to make some room. Therefore taking an assload of comics to another store he owns,selling them there for 1 or up to 5€ a piece (depends on what it is)
See if i can make some sweet deals.

Money's tight right now but I do plan on getting some more Deadpool soon. Plus I have a friend who usually lends me what I don't get and visa versa and he's more than likely going to snag it anyway.

I saw the Watchmen comic book at Blockbuster today and decided I would buy it, but I bought via Amazon to save some money (I'm cheap). I figured I'd see what the hype is about and purchase it but I also figure this is a good segway into the comic book realm.

Usually when there's a second printing of something it means you should give a shit. At least that's what I've been learning recently.

It's good. Lots of in universe extra materials between chapters. Like the first five chapters of Under the Hood, Kovack's psych profile, Russian research on Dr. Manhattan, a paper written by Drieberg on owls, and bunch of other stuff. There's also a in progress issue of the New Frontiersman newspaper that lays out all the interconnections of the entire book without realizing it, which is basically talking about all the missing people that are unknowingly (or forcibly) involved in "the plan". And then there's all this stuff about how they entire thing came to be (which is actually pretty interesting) and like, scripts and all that jazz.

It's good stuff.

Spider-Man only comes out in three week chunks. It always skips a week every three weeks.

Those don't exist. The only two I know of is that overpriced "Dark Reign Files" which SEEMS cool, but then again there's this thing called Wikipedia that doesn't cost me 5 dollars. Also, Secret Invasion Dark Reign or whatever the "transition" comic was where they covered the Dark Illuminati.

I picked up Agents of Atlas, a trusted source told me it was a good read. From what I can gather the group is posing as "super villains" since the super villains are posing as "super heroes" which I thought was amusing. I also picked up a couple missing issues of Thunderbolts and I grabbed ALL of Iron Man's dark reign arc.

Mine is like that too. I've always been annoyed how my local shop is actually quite a successful chain, yet they can't get stuff for me from their online counterpart ... or I can't use my store discount in another store or online. Very disconnected.

Yeah it's actually pretty cool. Here is a website of the place that I go to. I linked to the part with pics inside the store. They try to have lots of back issues on every title.
