Alright. I recently bought a refurbed 40 gig ps3 from gamestop.

A new Copy of Borderlands, HAze, and Motorstorm. In addition to a new ps3 controller. I traded in around 10-15 games for the 140 I needed. Plus the driving to get the exchange for the first broken console, it had a faulty blue ray light thingy. Got home, Put it in, and it had a broken disc drive.

Well I need some information on perhaps confronting them, and maybe because of everything i've had to do. They upgrade me to a new system or such? Not exactly sure, because my girlfriend is pissed as hell right now and so am I.

So any information please, or advice. Thank you.

Even though it's a pain in the ass, you're best bet is just to come back to the store and to return the defective console again. It's really no use in calling or doing anything else, however, I do recommend speaking to the manager since this is the 2nd faulty PS3 that you received from the store and so that he knows. If you are nice, maybe they will compensate you with something extra, who knows?
