What's up with the messed-up forums?

So umm... why are the forums all messed up? The page is all screwed up and a bunch of comments/topics I've posted in the last week have disappeared.

I'm looking into it right now, this sort of thing has happened before but it usually doesn't last this long.

The site itself is messed up too. Missing some content from this week and I tried emailing Tom this week's news script and the email just bounced right back.

It's called depreciated backup database, chill. The host is likely having issues or are upgrading junk.

i thought something was funny when the formatting was completely wrong and the text is all huge. i thought at first that i had zoomed in on firefox again. turns out i didn't since koari posted what was tiny text on my screen

Yeah. This. Forums are broken. TGH is doing some server transfery something or other and in the process destroyed the forums somehow.

Hopefully they'll have it fixed, y'know... eventually? Most of us mods/admins aren't in the loop about this stuff, we just man the fort.

I'd personally suggest to just not use the forums until this situation returns to normal, since there's no guarantee you won't lose your posts again, etc.
