Its not so much a remake, as it is a reboot. They killed off Al Simmons and brought back a bunch of old characters. Violater, Sam and Twitch, and The Freak are all in it again. |

| I've go with Spawn. He can't really be killed (unless Tony lops off his head). If he wanted to he could just use his energy to kill Stark instanly. However, if we're talking about the new Spawn (Jim Browning?), I'd go with Iron Man. |
