When I said "games we care about" I meant titles like Deus Ex, Mass Effect, Batman, etc. I was trying to say that Nintendo wants to re establish their hardcore demographic once again. I do think that if we give it more time, we will see some great stuff coming from the Wii U. Bear in mind ...

It really is a preference thing. I agree that there are a lot of advantages to playing games on a PC but, but there definitely is a lot more maintenance and upkeep involved, and for someone like me that is slowly starting to play games less and less because of life, it's nice to own a Playstation 3....

I'll say one thing. The Wii U isn't looking too bad anymore.

As an entire community, it's kind of our fault. We always wanted video games to be seen as a respectable hobby and taken seriously as an artistic medium, and now it seems like we aren't ready to come to terms with what exactly that entails. On another note, Super Mario RPG has a lot of variety for b...

Entertainment focused Tv Sports Always Online Kinect Required No Used Games Pretty much confirmed all fears. The shift from a gaming machine to an all in one media box (that still requires a cable box) leaves me feeling pretty much left out in the cold. Unfortunately it seems that this is where the...

I heard that someone from EA Sports say that the WiiU is "crap". Nintendo fanboys are probably wanting a boycott. Does anyone (besides Crono) even own a Wii U? Won't lie, haven't even seen one yet, in person anyways. I played a demo for a Rayman game at EB Games in my local shopping mall....

Speaking of Mars, doesn't the story behind Doom 3 take place on Mars?

And Total Recall.

And Red Faction.

And probably some other terrible scenarios as well.

Bioshock Infinite seems the most linear of them all. I would maybe consider finishing that.

Do Skyrim and Just Cause 2 when you have a lot more free time on your hands. Those games are a lot more fun when you can play them in longer doses.

The custom agents at the US borders are all assholes. I get it, it's part of the job, but they can't be good mannered at least some of the time??? Whenever they ask if I'm bringing in any weapons, I ask "what do you need?" I like you. Also, I wonder how it would go down if you tried to ac...

The graphics for the first Bioshock may be a bit out dated, but the presentation is still amazing. The attention to detail is also incredible.

I feel as if we are almost at a stand still for a lot of mediums, or maybe I am just not looking in the right place. For music, movies, and video games, more and more we are trying to deliver something retro for the sake of nostalgia. Also, a lot of remakes are happening. In the case of video games,...

I think that mod supports upwards of 6000 players. There's some new footage of it, they've implemented stuff like races ... It's like 70 people in limos smashing into each other. 6000 now eh? God I can't wait until the finally release it. Going to the airport is 100% pure concentrated chaos. Planes...

Devs and publishers complain that they are not making enough money, but do they not realize that the best way to ensure commercial success is just to have a top quality product? Skyrim is fantastic, and it was both a commercial and critical success. Bethesda also never dicked around customers as far...

Picked up Just Cause 2 on Steam for $4 the other day. Holy crap, that's a good deal and a ton of game for the money. Wait until they release the multiplayer mod for that game. I played the beta awhile back and it's pure chaos! 1000 people just causing havoc to each other. SOOOOOOOO much fun! Honest...

Or a baby alligator.

It went straight to the bargain almost immediately and not too many people are familiar with it. But I can tell you it has good characters and story, is...
